Understood, but I am living in Knoxville now. Went to Niagara U and we used to walk across the whirlpool bridge to buy beer and carry it back. The border guys laughed at us. They would “threaten” to confiscate our “illegal” or improper import when we came back across. They really did have fun with us. When you go across now there is much more of a negative vibe in the demeanor. It’s sad really sad.

To me Phillips is emerging as the most likely surprise cut - Beane and McDermott have been loyal to their draft picks. Seems like Harry has never really regained form after the injury.

So consistent praise from his teammates, coaches and being selected to the pro bowl twice in three years = the roof caving in? I guess the foundation would have also caved had he happened to be selected as the MVP. Yes, there is acknowledgement that he needs to step up with game changing plays. That is simply decoration on the icing which is on the cake. The fans perspective on this guy is simply baffling to me.

I just don’t understand the edmunds hate around here. The guy is respected by coaches and peers alike. He is also yet to hit his ceiling.

The Bills rank dead last. This only further substantiates the idea that the Pegula’s will probably have to receive fairly substantial public funding for a new stadium. The franchise (as a business) simply can’t generate enough operating income to suggest that a Billion dollar plus stadium needs to be paid for through the team’s profitability. The harsh reality is that Buffalo has an NFL team thanks to a bit of a fluke of history.
