  1. I just called the Dolphins ticket office to get some information as I'm planning to go to the game. Season ticket holders will get the tickets to the game in the next 7-10 days. At that point, they will be able to post them for aftermarket sale. The dolphins also have suites on sale to anyone. They start at 4500 for a six person group, or 750 per person, parking, food and drink (not alcohol) included. I know it's pricey, but I'm already book to go to the game and will be spending less flying from California to Buffalo this year, so I may go this route. If anyone is interested in splitting a box, PM me. I'll get a Covid test before I fly
  2. Sooooooo. Who is going to try to go to the game?
  3. Did the Bills really say until further notice or is that just the interpretation in the Post article from the July Cuomo order prohibiting fans at games in New York?
  4. Disagree. I think this is a backhanded way for the teams to make up lost revenue. Teams and the league get an undisclosed share of secondary market ticket sales. If a team like the Bills sells 10-15K seats for a each home game and a percentage are resold at 3-6X face, the teams will claw back some lost revenue. I'd bet they allow second hand sales because at the end of the day, this is all about money!
  5. If it's truly about the health risk and family, make the decision and the announcement one way or the other and let's move on. This isn't helping anything or anyone. I still think This is becoming more of monetary leverage move with each tweet like this.
  6. I don’t think so. The reason the league wanted to move up the date was because players MAY look to leverage for contract purposes. Not saying this is Tre’s play, but I wouldn’t be surprised that a little extra monetary love or commitment would go along way. I was planning to leave my job for a new company last year. It wasn’t a play for money from the existing company, but they made a big financial commitment and I stayed. It’s human nature and he’s human. It may never come out, but there’s no doubt Beene would make that call if he felt it needed to keep him on the field this year.
  7. I still feel like the longer this drags out, the more likely he plays. I truly wouldn’t be surprised to hear that the Bills are talking contract. Hope my gut is right
  8. Might need him more than we thought this season.
  9. Only 4 hours and 22 minutes to go. I feel like the longer this stretches out the better chance he stays. I was fully expecting to wake up on the West Coast this morning and see the news that he opted out.
  10. I'm fine with him posturing for a new deal. Go for it. Pay the man. We want him here long term anyways and he's worth every penny.
  11. Maybe they become the bullets!?
  12. Usually about 4 in Buffalo and a few roadies. I hit about 6-8 games a year. This was going to be the best year too- so many West Coast games. Hoping I can get through the turnstiles for some!
  13. As an out of state season- California- season ticket holder, I'm curious to know how this is going to work. Let's say that allow 20K into games to start the year, how are season ticket holders going to go to games? Are they going to randomly assign you 1, 2 or 3 games to attend? Also, I'm preparing to spend a lot more money getting into away games. I think we should just call our tailgate a protest and we'll be set.
  14. I wouldn't be surprised if some athletes "try" to get it before the season to avoid missing time.
  15. The statistical deviation in cases resulting in deaths has already occurred. The new cases may result in hospitalizations, but ICU and deaths have deviated and stable and continuing to decrease as 1) younger, less vulnerable populations catch the virus and 2) treatment and therapeutics improve. The "wait two weeks" and "death is a lagging indicator" statements are not as valid as they once were.
  16. Lynch is from Oakland and a lot of people from the area are just fans of him, not the teams. I think this dude falls into that category.
  17. The game against the Jets after we had beaten the Skins in Toronto to go to 5-1. We got manhandled in our “white out” home game. He was pathetic and that was it. The hope had gone. We went one to lose 8 of our last 10 that year, only barely beating Tebow at home in week 15 or 16.
  18. I'll be at the game if it's in Santa Clara or Arizona. If they don't let me in, I'll be in the parking lot.
  19. Lol. It’s all running together when I’m not sitting next to you on day three
  20. Mark Vader was excited for a minute!
