Terry is not firing either of them anytime soon, or maybe ever. Terry values having his type of people in these positions, more than winning Championships. He literally wont fire the worst GM, on the worst team in professional sports. Most people think he will promote Kevyn before firing him. Terry just wants to be heard and coddled. This GMs and coaches know how to please him and stick around. They are made men.

Wait let me add one more. I'm very over Dion Dawkins. He gets an incredible amount of hype and I'm convinced a lot of it is due to his personality. He (and Brown) were awful last night. But Dawkins was giving up on plays. 4 days after he criticized Keon. And then his false start on 4th and 1 was high school level play and honestly he looked like he didn't care in the moment. And then he's seen on TV laughing post game on the field. And then finally, Josh says post-game the Texans were more physical and wanted it more and then minutes later Dawkins says that's not true and had Gabe gotten his foot in, we win. Dion Dawkins is a great Bill but I think his play last night was criminal and his lack of accountability was not only shameful but also hypocritical -

We’re gonna have to do what Tampa Bay did in 2020. Road warriors all the way to the SB. -

Bills best path going forward is winning the next two games and then going full load management the rest of the season. I think we'd only need one more win given the tie breakers we have. Sit anyone and everyone that's hurting the last 4 games. This team is beat to hell. Seeding (5vs6vs7) needs to be treated as completely irrelevant. I agree - division hopes are dead. -

The head coach saw how you need to play last week and he doesn't want to change because the head coach is a coward -

Team is in bad shape and going nowhere The best move...even though I hate it would be to move Allen for a kings ransom and give it a couple years to wipe these contracts off the books and try again I don't want that, but probably the best opportunity to fix this team moving forward

Very interesting to see the "best fans" - the ones who dont criticise and spend most of their time abusing people who have had complaints for a long time now appearing again. Its almost like they were wrong. Time and time and time again. Anyway, we will win next week and they will be back policing negative comments from "not real fans". Rinse and repeat This coach (in particular!) and this GM (on the balance of probabilities) aint it. Havent been for at least 2.5 years. Glad its becoming more obvious to these top top fans

The defensive series at the end of the 1st half was one of the most pathetic displays of football I've ever seen. That's a game changing drive. The Joe Brady running a clearly gassed James Cook for a 4th straight time on 4th and 1 when you have JOSH ALLEN was one of his dumbest decisions of the year and that includes calling an end around to Dawson effing Knox Leaving a clearly hobbled Spencer Brown in the game not only put him at risk but also put Josh at risk and hurt the team And at the end of the day Josh has nobody to throw to when he has a clean pocket and last night he was pressured almost 30 times There is zero creativity on either side of the ball. Hell our defense only got better when our recently extended MLB got hurt Finally 2 TNF games in a season is NFL malpractice -

Yeah, I’m not trying to say kickoff returns don’t count, but we’re even more out of it without the kick return TD. We had the kickoff return and the long Cook TD run. We were mostly dominated outside of those plays. -
Tyrell Shavers reminds me of John Stallworth....
Kelly to Allen replied to Kelly to Allen's topic in The Stadium Wall
Not one target. Because Brady is a reflection of McDermott. And McDermott is a coward Not once tonight did they go no huddle. They took one deep shot to Gabe and it almost won them the game but it was too late. Again not one target to Shavers ... They never leaned into the Texans aggressive defense and met force with force. They coached scared again on offense and that's because the team is a reflection of their head coach. I can't look at his face anymore on the sideline dude. It's sucking the life out of this QB and team. No I don't care if Allen throws a few ints And no I don't care about protecting the defense , because McDermott's defense has had 9 years to look like the Texans tonight I want to move on -

Definitely the scheme. We had Poona Ford and Settle on the roster…..1 was hardly ever active and the other was cut. Both are starters on defenses better than ours. -

The mediocre Jags, with one Offensive weapon (Etienne--Thomas isn't lighting it up this year) put up 29 points (and blew a late 3rd Q 29-10 lead) on this Defense a week ago. -
