Bosa should have released its 4th and 17 and kept at Mahomes. But that clearly wasn’t the only issue that play.

Will we see Hairston "shadowing" Worthy on Sunday??

The fun play is going to come from him jumping an out route. -
“fight on my men, sir Andrew said. I am hurt but not yet wounded. I’ll just lie down and bleed awhile… and then I’ll rise up and fight again.”

The bills DEs have looked pretty good to me all year…there’s just been so many coverage issues early that really no amount of quick pressure really mattered -
Did losing to the Falcons save the Bills season?
BADOLBILZ replied to GASabresIUFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
I agree with @Special K that the bye week was far more important. The loss to the Falcons may prove to cost the Bills the division and a #1 seed. A terrible loss to a team that was basically trying to give the game away in the second half. Nothing they may have learned that day wouldn't have been obvious with a self-scout during the bye week. They still have plenty of issues to address regarding things they may not be able to execute with the personnel they have in games where the players aren't as excited about the project as they were today. -
For at least a couple of years, I have been begging for someone to take a shot at Mahomes because of his sidelines shenanigans. Thank you AJE! Hopefully others will follow suit.

Survivor Pool Week 9........who ya got????
Special K replied to Special K's topic in The Stadium Wall
I already used the Bills, but I think I've got to choose between Denver, Seattle, or Chicago......leaning Seattle right now, but we shall see. -
I am very anti-Blue Jays so was delighted they lost. I grew up going to games at the Ex in the late 70's and those fans were the most obnoxious I've ever encountered. I was the only fan in the stands that leapt to their feet and cheered when Dave Stieb lost his no hitter to Roberto Kelly with two outs in the ninth at Skydome. Their players were classless in victory and I think Yankees and Mariners fans alike would agree. Good team but not likable. WNY is Yankees/Sabres territory not Jays/Make-Believes. The Bills organization wishing the Jays luck against the Yankees after the state coughed up the better part of a billion for the new stadium was absurd. Last I checked, Ontario kicked in nothing. The play there was to be neutral. I apologize if you think I am being insensitive to you as a fellow Bills fan but you introduced it. It was great seeing basically zero Blue Jays gear at the game today.

I think it was more the Bye Week coming at the perfect time.........it gave the team a chance to look in the mirror, figure out what isn't working, and what needed to change to get back on track. I agree that the most important change was McD realizing that he needed to put the D into his own hands, and call the Defensive plays full-time. The loss of Oliver and now Hoecht really hurts the Pass Rush, but the continued emergence of Bishop, Hairston, and hopefully Hancock in the secondary could help counteract those losses. Go Bills!!!! -
Well, he is a POS full of gas.

Bosa had a monster game. 10 hurries and a sack. He’s someone I’d love the Bills to extend for another two seasons before he gets too expensive. -
An Andy dalton led Carolina panthers 40-9 resignates with you?
-
Difference is, and they could tell themselves as many anecdotes as they want... That they just played a Bills team that was more injured than they were.. we're still down our best outside wide receiver, and our defense is very hurt We beat them without our best team.. they're not adding anything that will tip the scales back.. specially when we're getting stuff back also

The Chiefs were 10-1 in one score games last year. This year they're 0-5. Analytics nerds rejoice. -
Allen's flop on the slide was very cringeworthy too.

With the game at Miami like you noted, why will all eyes be watching Orchard Park? Watching for burglars while the team is away?
-
Can't wait. I'll be at the game. It'll be my first time seeing the Bills in Miami. Headed to West Palm on Friday to stay at the home of a buddy who lives there. He, his wife, his parents, (maybe his brother). & I will all be rocking the red, white, & blue. That whole group (minus the wife) are all former North Tonawanda natives. GO BILLS!!!

I didn't see a path to victory for this game. I did not foresee a situation where we rattled 15 as much as we did. This was easily the best defensive performance of the year. Credit to McD / Babich and all the players involved. The lack of WR involvement still concerns me. -
Hoping y'all enjoyed Mahomes' comeuppance

Some Chiefs fan walking out of the stadium said “oh we will beat you guys in the playoffs.” I replied with “you’d better get in first” -
Yeah you don't want to rotate him in at DE unless you have to...........but remember that Solomon and Jackson are the options if something happens to Bosa or Epenesa. The current issue is on the interior though and he has been a tremendous pass rusher and penetrator the past 2 seasons. A guy like Harrison Phillips could easily be an inactive in a situation where Oliver, Walker, Jones, Sanders and J Phillips are all available. Campbell would probably slot no worse than 3rd in the group of 5. Might be useful in Walker's development as well.
