Adam vinatieri's kick in the snow storm versus the raiders was absolutely not something that gets made every single kick lol that took a little bit of Lady luck even if he's one of the best ever Like I said we've literally played the Chiefs in the playoffs without Bernard and Benford and rapp , and davis..with taron Johnson nursing a concussion, and Rasul Douglas banged up lol and we had to play AJ Klein out of retirement covering Travis Kelce Let's get the Chiefs without three key contributors on defense and a bunch banged up and we will route them by 10 plus... we lost by a field goal while getting terrible spots They are not head and shoulders better than us if they were they would have beaten our injured team off the field.. we literally clawed tooth and nail and lost by three... We get them with fresh injuries and we are routing them

Before Allen was paid they were up against the cap. I’m in agreement they should spend and Pegula is awesome for opening his wallet. I’m just saying Beane complained about the cap situation and then spent like a madman. The Star contract comes to mind. That being said… I think Beane is a great GM and I’ve always been a fan of his. -

Taylor Dayne and Cheap Trick at the New York State Fair today. Taylor Dayne can still sing and fit into outfits that most 63-year-olds would not wear. Did about 10 songs and seems to stick with the setlist found online. But interesting was that several times she would leave the stage for a good 3-4 minutes, then come back on, not for any wardrobe changes. And even the last song, she left before it was over, letting her band finish. Not sure if it's something health related, or her normal routine. Cheap Trick went with their not so well-known stuff unless you're a big fan for the first half of their set. Which prompted the three guys by me to keep making comments like "oh, here's another one no one knows." Then why are you guys here watching, because you weren't listening with all the rude comments you're making, plus, from the looks of you, you're just as old as the band themselves. They did get to their popular stuff towards the end. Large crowd, I would not be surprised if it is announced at 15,000 or more.

I mean, the things you're talking about contributed to a couple seasons, in a dynasty. If your logic is to look at something like the tuck rule and say, SEE! It's luck the Patriots had a dynasty. That just doesn't seem to be rational. Even further off the boat is playing the hypothetical game with what Vinatieri and Norwood. Norwood missed because he usually missed that kick on grass from that distance. As we watched later, Vinatieri ended up being the most clutch kicker in NFL history. What happened in those situations is the better player executed. That simple.
