Most of today's legit future HOFers, other than Curry, are transients. They hop from "superteam" to another, as the league moved (at the bests players demand) to migrating All-Star teams. Durant hasn't won a championship since he left GS--6 years ago . Klay Thompson a HOFer? He's missed a lot of basketball for half of his career. Draymond Green a HOFer? He can't score. He's dirty. Decent defender. 13 years ago, the Thunder couldn't win a championship with Durant, Harden and Westbrook. Not once. Now the Thunder can win it with pretty much 1 guy against a team that has pretty much 1 guy. this is true. lots of players take a bunch of gamers off. most starters played 80+ games back in the day....without the league reprimanding them or their coaches.

So when those pictures (of Trump flags flying next to nazi flags; which represents a fraction of a percent of all republicans, the same way the purple haired freaks are a small percentage of the left) are shown as “proof of racism” by the whacko left, adding in a president who posts something like that on Juneteenth fuels their (the extreme left’s) fire. I think some have him too high and some too low... my expectations are hoping that he can round into a solid WR2 with 50/50 ball potential... not sure if others deem that too high or too low... I certainly havent given up... but I think these next two years will show if he can put together back to back seasons of growth... if he can the I think he can get there... if not i am probably too optimistic... those that are looking for him to be Nakua or JJ etc... probably hoping for too much... but 1st year players... lets tap the breaks and see...

Weird, seemed to me that all private business were open yesterday. As for "too many holidays" - not too many, but it's time for a re-do. New Year's Day: never got why it was a holiday. Some pagan thing? An excuse for taking a day off after NYE revelry? Get rid of it. Use that day to make Dec 26 a holiday like the UK Boxing Day. Makes more sense. MLK Day: a worthy honor. But the date is bad, just as people are returning to regular life after Xmas. Honor MLK for something that happened during the great federal holiday lull of March/April. There's gotta be some noteworthy date. President's Day: all will be fine when the Super Bowl finally lands on it's obvious spot of the Sunday of that weekend. -- MARCH/APRIL: find a nonreligious excuse to make Easter/Passover a holiday. Or just call it the Easter/Passover Spring holiday. Or put MLK day there. We need a holiday in this time of year. MEMORIAL DAY: needs to be merged with Veteran's Day. A good traditional start of summer day, so keep this one. JUNETEENTH: Who can complain about an extra 3 day summer weekend. But maybe move it to a Friday or Monday closest to June 19? 4th of JULY: no messing with this one. LABOR DAY: brackets summer too nicely to change. Weird that some anti-labor group hasn't lobbied against this. COLUMBUS DAY: controversial, kind of weird (didn't "discover" what is now the USA), bizarro kind of Italian St. Patrick's Day in the NE. Another fine landing spot for that MLK day that we should move. VETERAN'S DAY: Armistice Day, but nobody pretends to celebrate that. So it's a weird non-moving Nov 11. Merge it into Memorial Day and for goodness sake just make the Friday after Thanksgiving the extra late fall holiday. CHRISTMAS: see Boxing Day.
