I just saw this post. This is so cool. OU has a defensive tackle named Gracen Halton. I've known him for a few years through his dad Buford. He has bulked and grown up a lot since he entered college. Said it was a shiz pick on draft night. THIS has been my major frustration as a Bills fan: watching them make stupid decisions and KNOWING they are bad decisions in real time. It’s maddening. I wanted Xavier Worthy at that pick or Ladd McConkey in a trade down. But no, McBeane is smarter than everyone else because he got LUCKY passing on Mahomes (stupid) and lucking into Allen.

If they fire him, they’ll bring him back as an assistant GM in 2 years. But he’ll have to sit and watch for a while.

I don’t think he is ever going to fire Beane, McDermott or Kevyn Adams. They are all made men, actual results don’t matter.

Diggs underperformed at time and slouched effort... He was never pulled. He was a top 30 player in the league and still a top 12 WR. Coleman ain't that. It shows he doesn't have effort and because he has no effort he gets no results.

At this point in the season you have to put the players on the field that give you the best chance to win. That said I do believe JB and 17 need to take some accountability besides KC's lack of effort. The Bills have not been able to scheme for any receiver getting open in the second level- as mentioned by Greg Cosell so eloquently on Friday's OBL show. 17 has also not given him the best throws for him to catch. Jump ball is not a high percentage pass play.

There needs to be sweeping changes with this franchise when they return home. It’s time to fire both Adams and Ruff. Let Jarmo take over at GM but only interim. Promote whoever to head coach until the end of the season. I know there are injuries but there is no excuse for the disaster we are seeing.

I think Davis Webb is the most obvious choice because of the connection to Josh Allen. Get to keep an EP system. Josh Allen isn't going to accept some Joe Pendry type middling re-tread like McDermott might otherwise be in the market for. And the really hot names like Kubiak are looking for HC jobs. In the unlikely event that they move on from McDermott the name I wonder about is Matt LaFleur. If the Packers get bounced early in the playoffs maybe Packers management decides to move on.

My 2¢ I wasn't sure about the Coleman pick when it happened. Personally I thought the yellow Macy's jacket was kind of cringe worthy. BUT! There is some scheme inflexibility Brady has had with all the success last year using 13 personnel. Kincaid really makes that work better. Kincaid and a true X receiver (Palmer) makes that recipe even more successful. With Palmer and/or Kincaid out that package can stall out. I think Mr. Brady has to open up the 11 and 12 personnel playbook from time to time to better use those other WR assets.

Great point. Hes got 6 out of 8 first rounders somewhat right if you include the promise of Hairston. (Keon was a first round pick.. 33) Day 2 picks? Harrison Phillips, AJE, Spencer Brown, James Cook, Bernard, Torrence, Dorian Williams, Cole Bishop, Knox and Devin Singletary makes 10 out of 17 guys who have either produced decent seasons or are quality starters for us. Technically 15 cause the jury is still out on Sanders and Jackson from this past draft. Im on the side of the fence that the drafting isn’t as bad as we want to believe. It’s just like you alluded to in the second paragraph… the busts we have had were of positions we were dependent on when they were drafted or shortly after.
