Beane thought that was a good idea, yikes. It was AB who nixed the trade. He didn't want to come to Buffalo

I’d say it’s like 40% run of the mill mental illness, 50% just being an #######, and 10% being the Burfict hit that was the straw the smoothed the camel’s brain.

First, Atlanta is a massive market. The NHL wants to be there. Second, lack of fan support wasn't the problem for the Thrashers, it was having to share the Omni with the Hawks. This time the team will play in the northern suburbs in their own building.

Damn. Down 738 as of 7:49 PT. This is awful for everyone. But again, we have unwavering support for Israel simply because they’re surrounded by bad countries? Since when did that matter to anyone - and certainly not Trump; not saying this is his fault. Just saying maybe it’s time to rethink our friend group as a country. Let’s see how many of those precision strikes they pull off without US weapons and $. Doesn’t take a genius to see how Iran blames the US for fortifying Israel like this and some whacko extremist hits something here at home. And let’s stop looking at Israel like some group of choir boys. The response to Palestine’s attack was justified; at first. But at what point does Palestine cry uncle loud enough? Disproportionate by a factor of 100? Again, let’s America First this thing and stop supporting Israel. It’s time. If you don’t support Ukraine, why do you support Israel?

I don't understand why Atlanta keeps coming up. How many times to try and fail do they get? Understand money talks, but it just seems like a market that just doesn't care about hockey and history has shown that

If we're talking about career as a whole and not just with the Bills then you'd have to include Owens. If you're talking about career as a Bill I'd put Diggs and Evans ahead of Lofton. 2002? Did you watch Music City Miracle and think SIGN ME UP!!!!!

This man lived in Tom Brady’s house and about a year or two later….Gisele filed for divorce 😂 -
This is a really weird thread. the Yankees took out their brooms in KC tonight. Mahomes sat front row watching his team lose this week. now if we could just get the other New York team to win in KC.

Would you rather $ or Lombardi?

100% agree with the sentiment that no sum of money would be worth it. I was thinking this same thing lol. My emotional hedge would probably be $50k, anything more and my wife might make me sell the bourbon collection lol -
That's not saying much. You're so old, your life expectancy is about 38 days, so you probably only need $500 for the rest of your retirement.

Summarized - 25 years of Neo con Uni party foreign policy led to Iran today. That one act did more to set back non-proliferation than potentially any single event in modern history, and yet we are told by the same neocons who designed, demanded, and executed it to trust them when it comes to Iran policy. Iraq showed that American intelligence was not to be believed, Libya showed that America and NATO were not to be trusted, and Afghanistan showed that America was not to be feared. These are the fruits of neocon American foreign policy over the last quarter-century. If you want the next twenty-five years to look any different, you’d be well advised to do the opposite of whatever the neocons demand. And right now, they’re demanding war with Iran.
