Not going to continue this because I will not derail the thread but Harrison had questionable speed and agility in college. Nonetheless he was able to overwhelm most opponents because of his sheer physicality. Just because someone was highly productive at the college level does not make them an "incredibly clean" prospect.

Very sad. My favorite team as a kid. I remember begging my Dad to watch Sunday Night Baseball so I could see Henderson. Pitched side arm in little league and high school because I wanted to be Eckersley. They have a few good young players now, likely to be Yankees in a few years.

We had no stability or culture or consistent coaching when we drafted Josh Allen. McD and Beane were first timers in their new roles. Beane wasn't even a scout coming up. I don't think they did anything that special, outside of picking the right QB. Honestly. I reject the notion that they wiped away 20 years of dysfunction in one offseason because they took an 8-8 roster to 9-7.

The Bills didn't swarm Doug Marrone when we beat the Aaron Rodgers led Packers in Buffalo, they swarmed Schwartz. Kevin Stefanski has been coaching with both hands tied behind his back because the Browns owner made the worst trade in NFL history. Baker was a perfectly fine player when they decided to move on from him. Nothing more nothing less. It took him longer to reach his ceiling than Allen, that is true. Is your take that if Brian Daboll was in Cleveland they somehow would have flipped trajectories? Yeah I just hard disagree with that. Allen was the architect of his own success. He rebuilt his mechanics from the ground up. He survived years of horrible pass protection and bottom tier WR play. He created the stability in the organization, not the other way around.

I’d like to see Harrison away from the Cardinals. He looks completely checked out there. Yes Murray put that one on him but Murray is such an overrated passer he isn’t going to get the consistent target he needs to be successful there. Never been a fan of Murray and that team will never go anywhere with him as their Quarterback

That would have been the Athletics and signed him to a multi million dollar contract. When he was drafted #1 overall, he gave his signing bonus back to Oakland (RIP) and went with football full time.

You’re making stuff up now. He has absolutely been underwhelming. He’s been straight bad this year. I am not disputing how he has played. He looks horrible. I am disputing the misinformation that’s you’re spreading about him being a “flawed” prospect or an “overrated college player.” That’s just not true. He was an incredibly clean prospect with elite measurables, performance and pedigree.

The only thing missing from the Cards uniforms is a skidmark on the pants.
