Around the NFL : Week 6 (no Bills talk in this thread, please)

Chiefs will still score on them -
Need to start getting Sutton involved. Their 2 losses this year he was either not involved (Colts) or was left with little to no targets late in the game after being greatly productive during the first half (Chargers). Id be interested to see what Sutton could do if he averaged Puka numbers or 10+ targets per game.

Don't forget it could also be Schrödinger puppy. When he's in the medical tent, we don't know if he's fine or if he's dead.

Hard to see this Denver team taking the division from KC… As a Bills fan, I’m delighted that the Jets hired him. -
I know someone that has a few levels they go through as they drink more. 1) Greeter - says hi to everyone, sometimes multiple times 2) Photographer - has to go around and get pictures of everyone 3) Prankster - starts doing things that they think is funny 4) Annoying - those pranks have pissed everyone off, but they don't care 5) Therapy - they get all weepy and think no one likes them

Let me help here…they have the worst starting quarterback in the NFL and one of the three worst head coaches in the NFL. -
I think it’s because they lose control of massaging games with every new technological breakthrough. The current excuse is that there’s too many bodies around the football for the sensor to know if it crossed the first down marker or goal line. Which sounds fine on the surface but there seems to be no interest in solving that problem further. One idea being to add sensors under the grass or turf. Or even inside uniforms. The excuse is used as a conversation ender rather than an obstacle to figure out for a greater goal. To understand the NFL’s attitude, after the Bills got hosed against the Chiefs last year and every casual non-Chiefs fan was up in arms, the NFL said they’re looking into ways to use technology to CONFIRM a ref’s spot. Not tell us the spot, but take the ref’s spot and confirm if the spot crossed the goal line. It’s the same concept as the chain gang. What does it matter if we’re measuring the spot if the spot was originally decided falsely and subjectively? That’s how they screw with our heads. But I’ve been watch threads on places like TBD and people are waking up. 75% of fans are suspicious now. This was not the case 5-10 years ago.
