They make you jump through hoops to get their wings (open limited hours, long waits, only take cash, no A/c). They have the dream restaurant business, people lining up out the door for one menu item. Should be the most efficient money making machine in America. But they manage to screw it up to the point where I don't bother going. Rant over.
