  2. Why is his last name being censored???? Is he supposed to call him Dick Van Lesbian?????😂😂😂
  3. It's a stupid argument then because if he gets 160 targets we're screwed. Even in your projections you're assuming his catch rate and yards per catch would remain stagnant with 60 more targets. His yards per catch went from 15.7 yards to 10.8 yards with more than double the targets. His catch percentage went from 86.7% in 2023 to 76% in 2024. His total yardage only increased by about 34% despite more than double the targets. Why would 60 more targets not have the same downward trajectory? Also, weren't you the one that predicted Shakir would have over 1300 yards receiving with 100 targets before last year or something like that with the idiotic assumption he'd be able to maintain the same yards per catch with the increased role?
  4. As I recall it was released in September, not too early, oh well. Denis Villenueve's movies have all been home runs, from what I've seen.
  5. Halliburton and Siakum played great, but big props to Mathurin and McConnell off the bench.....we have ourselves a series, folks!!

  7. Exactly. Pretty sure last year he told me Curtis Samuel would have a better season than Stefon Diggs... I said no way that's happening unless Diggs gets injured, but even with an injury, he STILL had a better season 😂 Maybe it was someone else, but I'm almost certain it was him arguing with me.
  8. You are completely missing the question and the point though. One of the posters said "no chance" he could amass "1200-1400" yards on the same targets we fed Diggs (160). So the only thing being discussed right now is if he got 60 more targets last year, what would his yards have been. What you think his strengths and weaknesses are is irrelevant to the math question of how many more yards above the 821 yards would he have had if he received 60 additional targets. Unless you think he is going to add 0 yards and 0 receptions with those 60 more targets in his role last year, then how many yards he would have on 160 targets is clearly bigger than the 821 yards he got on his first 100 targets. And based on his actual production last year, that would have been 1313 yards with 60 more targets...and if you used his career averages it would be even higher. Its not an advocation to give him 160 targets, but for anyone to say there is "no chance" he could get to "1200-1400" yards with 160 targets is pretty silly because he clearly could on that many targets and its honestly not really even debatable.

  10. Cook is very dynamic with the ball in his hands, and has consistently improved in his career. That being said, you can't just say "Pay the man" without acknowledging that "the man's" publicly stated AAV expectations ($15-20M) are unrealistic and would be unwise for the Bills to agree to. I think Cook's running style mirrors his public personality in that it looks too relaxed and loose to be taken seriously by many observers. That dude is so much faster than he looks, in part because of how loose, and low, and forward-leaning his stride and posture are. He destroys angles and makes the field look a lot bigger than it is at times. All while seeming to glide about. Compare it to Pacheco, who is a tight, explosive spaz as soon as he gets the ball. High knees and chugging arms and head. That dude looks like he's doing more than he is, whereas Cook looks like he's doing a LOT less than he is.
  11. First time we went to Florida as HS Seniors we played a lot of Beach Boys on that trip. Also saw them at the Broome County arena in that time. RIP Brian
  12. I haven't even heard Dorian Strong's name since rookie minicamp. The reports on Hairston are that he's been getting better and better with each practice and has been mixing in with the 1s. It's nothing like Elam/Benford where early on they were clearly in a competition against each other. I'll be shocked if Hairston isn't the week 1 starter. If it's not him it will be White. Strong is fighting against Dane Jackson to make the roster.
  13. Yeah, me too. Rasul over all three of these guys. But maybe not by a whole ton.
  14. I think Pop had a women on his staff at San Antonio
  15. Trump and Elon played this so beautifully. Tremendous theater. And top 3 day all time on Twitter. Which as you can see by that commie thug Matt Yglrayyysius tweet, shows why X must be protected at all costs.
  16. He short. Really short.
  17. You can't win MVP throwing 18 interceptions and single handily lose a game with stupid decisions like Josh did against the Jets in 2023 on McDermott's favorite date. I would've given the MVP to McCaffrey that year because nobody really stood out amongst QB's. Lamar was the best QB that year though imo as he did best when the lights were brightest and was the main catalyst of propelling them to the one seed. Prescott and Purdy I could've make the argument for though based off raw stats.
  18. I'm certainly glad he cleanly fielded a ball that rolled right to him, but there is probably a reason he had that many tackles. I think if you rewatched film of that game, you'd probably see that he genuinely had a Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day in coverage.
  19. The poster above you (and below this) has a believable theory on that juxtaposition. Also, Allen was working with a lesser supporting cast. The expectation was for significant regression, and instead the offense improved.
  20. I wasn’t aware that the defensive coach on the Pacers is (drum roll please)……a woman! Jenny Boucek. Great article about her on the ESPN NBA site.
  21. My point was that it’s easier to find a rookie running back that can be a top ten performer than an offensive lineman that can play that well as a rookie. Offensive linemen usually don’t hit their stride till year three or four unless they’re a top ten pick. Generally it makes more sense to keep a high performing veteran o-line together if you can. We will see what happens. Beane could let Cook hit FA after the season or sign him before training camp. 🤷‍♂️. I’m not going to be upset either way, as the business is the business and a healthy upright JA17 is what matters most.
  22. It’s still interesting that Josh had a better statistical year than Lamar in 2023 but Jackson got it. Then, Jackson had a better statisticali year in 2024 but Josh got MVP.
