SC, I’ve now been saying this for weeks. Some posters called me too Pollyanna about the team, but this is a systemic problem. Beane screwed up the WR room royally, McD bears blame for continuing to support ready and even Babich. The solution is simple. Terry steps in, and dictates, not asks McD to take over defensive play calling duties, Babich can manage practice, camp, etc. Beane is told he’s done at the end of the year. Terry personally calls Daboll and asks him with his wallet to come back. It is non negotiable. The first pick will be a trade up for a WR. McD has done a lot of good for this team, so that’s why I’m not saying to can him, and besides when he takes over defensive play calling, we always look a lot better.

I wondered the same other than it was dead cap. As far as purely talent, Moore could’ve been better. He was misused by Brady (shocker). I pray it’s Cooks, Davis/Shavers alternating, and Shakir. Kinkaid was limited TR so we’ll see. If he’s a little banged up, just use Knox wisely. What worries me is no Brown and Dawkins.

I totally agree!!! That hit that he took from behind that shook him up should’ve been worse than that! That defender was a half-second away from delivering an even worse hit than he did. Josh has to know you don’t get that type of time against NO defense in the league. Just throw it away…

To simplify the Moore stuff - he wanted more targets, an effort to get him involved rather than the tiny role he had. Not unexpected, it’s the issue with Brady’s offense and I had been saying for weeks stop trying to get every guy on the bench involved, especially splitting reps between Moore and Samuel, pick one and get that guy more involved in the offense. And that guy should have been Moore over Samuel.

Many in here are dismissing the Bengals, but Burrow dinks and donks our defense to death!!! McD has never figured him out whatsoever!!! We have a very high chance of losing that game!!!
