Are you good with the Bills relying on Coleman over the off-season? I’m not. Get him out. Imagine if it’s week 10 next season and he misses or is late for a meeting. Two games? Automatically cut? And all after they relied on him when they could have addressed the position and team with a player that will not let the team down? And, at this point, how can you say it won’t happen? This is the third time he has been punished for it in two seasons. He is what he is. Being on time is one of the easiest things to accomplish in life. Coleman continually not being able to accomplish such a small task after being disciplined for it two times prior to this current mishap tells me something about him. He’s a lazy, self-centered player, and combined with his paltry production, isn’t worth the headache.

If you’re referencing my post, I said the pass rush was not as stout as people are selling. The ends are very good, not great. FWIW, neither of Anderson or Hunter recorded a sack last year vs Buffalo. We have great tackles. I like our chances. Houston has a top 3 run defense in the league, in large part because of the DTs you mention. Again, this is strength on strength and it will be fun to see what they can do here. IMO the defense is FAST (especially at LB) and will flow quickly. I hope Brady uses this to his advantage.

Little to zero practice this week - I think McD wants to see Keon put forth the effort/earn the trust back - and thats difficult to do in a condensed week of prep. Easy choice to put Moore for Samuel, and elevate Gabe and Latu again. Then theyll need to make a decision on Gabe after that, perhaps Hardman cut at that point. Keon needs to take advantage of every practice rep, meetings, etc to prove he deserves a jersey on gamedays - not only to coaches but players as well who can clearly notice the issues.

The amazing thing about that list is, unless I read it too fast, Ronde Barber has more DPOWs than any player in history not named Lawrence Taylor. He was a great player but I would not have had that on my bingo card.

I’m with you on Fox but not for that reason. Javon Solomon isn’t a serviceable option at end, nor do I think he offers any pass rush upside in the nascar package. Hes repeatedly failed to be impactful in that role and has proven a liability at DE on early downs. We can’t be rolling TJ Sanders out at end. And Bosa’s snap count (61%) last week wasn’t all that crazy for his career numbers or this season in comparison to other games.

We don’t miss Coleman at all. He sucks. Doesn’t mean he will always suck, but after Game 1 he’s been a complete liability on the field. Opposing defenses laugh at him. They see Keon 1-1 they immediately drop the safety into the box because there is ZERO concern about getting beat deep. The offense was completely different against TB without that bumb taking 75% of the snaps. McD saw it, the players saw it. I think after Houston they will put him on the active roster with a much deserved and decreased snap count. Right now he’s a complete bust.

Some of the takes in this thread are wild. Bring up Gore? Seriously? Coleman isn’t playing. He’s in the doghouse big time. Houston has the best pair of DE’s in the league, and guys on here are saying they are just ok. Wild. Houston has penetrating DT’s, great DE’s, plays zone coverage most of the time, and has great CBs. Their slot guy is out. So what does that mean? We need an efficient Josh Allen, not Super Josh. Houston gives up nothing over the top, everything is underneath. So that means establishing the running game, and hope to god Josh can play patient because that’s all that’s going to be available. It’s going to be dink and dunk with a couple of targetted shots downfield but if they try and play like they did against TB we will lose.

Yeah.....I am expecting Davis will be in there again with Latu likely as the other call up. Personally, I would rather it be Fox if he's ready because we need to help get Bosa's snap count under control, but they love having 3 TEs active so I guess we'll see.
