Bush, Barack Obama and Joe Biden combined. This is not normal. This is not justice. This is an orchestrated campaign of judicial obstruction. As Chair of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action and Federal Rights, I was proud to lead a discussion on ways to rein in these abusive nationwide injunctions.

I have been around long enough to see this tactic play out many times. It seldom generates the desired long term results. Every player is risking injury every time they step on the field.
