Who do you most blame for the current state of the Bills?
frostbitmic replied to KentuckyBillsFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Other - All of the above. -
This. The failure has been on offense. In the Miami and Atlanta games, I would argue it was mostly on Josh. In the Houston game, I have no idea who is to blame. The play calling, line, receivers, QB? It was all off.

Please no further press conferences from Dion for the rest of the year. Post game in the locker room situations cannot be avoided but please do not keep offering him out there for the usual 10 minutes or so seemingly every week. His quote about the Gabe play at the end is a true "***** victory from the jaws of defeat" mumbo jumbo and to me is a McDermott vibes or belief system, "hey fellas we were really close tonight" - after losing to Davis Mills. The team is really testing our faith this year. -

Bills only have 4 losses. Houston is going to do damage if they reach the post season and Stroud is back 100%. The only 2 games left that are questionable wins are NE and Philly. Assuming the Bills lost 1 of those games that leaves 12 - 5 and the post season. -
ABSOLUTELY NOT!! Over-promoting leads to firing... or hurt feelings if he gets interim and then is asked to step back down to OL Coach. Dont tinker with Kromer. If we do decide to blow up the staff I really hope we find a way to keep Kromer. I know OL had a rough night last night, but theyve been a major strength for years now. Losing Kromer would hurt more than any other coach on this team. Would be pretty devastating to see a new HC not keep him on staff too. Im ready for coach/gm change... blow them all up except Kromer.

Division is out at this point…have to do it as a wildcard

So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, good night. -
The offense is changed to run clock and lessen the exposure of the defense to multiple drives. The defense has made strives in the last two games in second half adjustments. This team is now seeing an O line that is aging out. The NFL is fluid. The game plan was an indictment on Brady. Why not got with Anderson on the field to assist on pass protection and run blocking? Speed DE? Run the ball at them. Take the starch out of them. As bad as the offense looked last night, they had a chance to win at the very end. The very best defense in the NFL could have been defeated. Time to lick the wounds, build a better game plan and brace for the rest of the season.

how about tim settle? Dude is a beast for them, but was a total zero while here. What gives? -
The problem IS that no one is surprised. I'm not surprised that no coaching changes are or will be made. I'm not surprised by the injuries. I'm not surprised that Beane and McD don't go out and get quality time proven coordinators. I'm not surprised at all that they want "yes men". Play calling is crap. Money spending is crap. It's a mess. What I am surprised by is that we have a winning record. Mostly because of Josh.

He had a bad night last night. A real bad night. And why he is getting away from Cook I have no idea. Early 4th Quarter, down 1 score Cook who had our only offensive touchdown.... had ELEVEN carries. That is inexcuseable.

If we don't make the playoffs we'll pick 17th in the 2026 draft ... If we make the playoffs we'll pick 18th. -
Yes I think he would.

But are coached as if they only need to be as good as the other QB.

Allen missed a wide open Knox on the final play
jethro_tull replied to ChronicAndKnuckles's topic in The Stadium Wall
saw that too. unfortunately with the texans defense overwheming our tattered O Line and the defense poor first half play and phantom ref calls and a missed extra point JA needed to be perfect to have a chance to win -
It was the D in the first half, and the O-line the entire game. That's what I saw. The amount of time it takes for our D to make adjustments is absolutely mind boggling. Worst game by this O-line by far. Dawkins was awful, and they waited way too long to pull Brown out. His injury was obviously affecting his play.

It starts at the top so it’s McD but unfortunately I don’t believe Pegula will do anything. Exhibit A is the Sabres. They’re terrible and no changes. This roster is terrible too. So you can discharge Beane as well as far as I’m concerned. You have a great QB and this roster is crap along with the coaching staff in general.
