No more Veterans Day, Trump says
JDHillFan replied to Roundybout's topic in Politics, Polls, and Pundits
I would prefer a level of decorum. His behavior is not worthy of the office. I would never let a dufus like him rule my every waking moment the way you do. All my best to you and your type. Only a little over 3.5 years to go. -

Bills Offseason moves to date & Projected Roster
Rocky Landing replied to GASabresIUFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
That's still speculative, though. Shifting Hancock to safety is experimental. And if he gets beat out by Hamlin, or Jackson in TC, a fifth-round, undersized CB/S is likely as safe on the PS as Hamlin, or Jackson. -
We are both certain that your concerns about the arts and sciences as they relate to NPR/PBS are a different matter altogether. It’s ok that you are backtracking on your “best use” claims.

No more Veterans Day, Trump says

He is the President of the United States. The most powerful position on the planet. Typically one that comes with some form of decorum. -
"“There was no law mandating slavery on our shores when African slaves came ashore in 1619. Did slavery already exist in the world? Of course. But not in the laws of colonial America at the time,” Kaine explained. “We could have been a nation completely without the institution. But colonial legislatures and courts, and eventually the U.S. legal system, created the institution on our shores and maintained slavery until the 13th Amendment. As I said, we didn’t inherit it. We chose to create it.” Sounds rational to me.

By copying them, you mean adding more talent and athleticism to the defense, particularly the defensive line? That isn't an Eagles tactic. That is an NFL necessity.

Why do you think it's so important for him to drive people into "hysteria*" *Hysteria here defined as "rational criticism of insane, insipid policy decisions" -

So nothing, just nothing. All a bunch of hollering and disruption for nothing. https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2025/05/02/musk-doge-cuts-congress-budget/ White House officials have in recent weeks brainstormed strategies for enshrining into law the government cuts implemented by billionaire Elon Musk’s team, aiming to turn the U.S. DOGE Service’s moves into lasting policy shifts. So far, however, administration officials are running into resistance not just from Democrats, but also from congressional Republicans, who have in private conversations made clear that it would be difficult to codify even a small fraction of the measures that Musk’s team unilaterally implemented, according to lawmakers and several other people familiar with the discussions. GOP members of Congress have also raised concerns about tackling cuts as Republicans are trying to corral their rowdy and tiny majorities into extending tax cuts in one “big, beautiful bill” that President Donald Trump has demanded. As the White House released its budget proposal Friday, the impasse over DOGE reflects a looming challenge for the administration’s vision of a sprawling overhaul of federal agencies. With both the courts and Congress refusing to provide legal cover to spending cuts that Musk forced through, the administration is running out of options for ensuring that its unilateral reductions take effect — potentially limiting DOGE’s lasting impact despite the disruption it brought to the government.

I wouldn't say we are are copying... just improving a glaring deficiency.

he had 100 targets last year.. what makes you think this guy is not going to pop and end up #3-4? Heck.. Throw Shakir, Samuel, Moore and Palmer out there... that's more speed then most defenses can handle.. -
Who is our worst match up in the AFC as of now?
Mark Vader replied to Mikie2times's topic in The Stadium Wall
That 4th down should never have happened. Kincaid got the first down on the play before. They deliberately marked him short. I re-watched that play numerous times, it was already a first down. I thought the play calling in the AFC Championship was for the most part fine. The play calling in the second half of the Divisional playoff was atrocious. We had a chance to deliver the knock out, but we let the Ravens back in the game. Terrible! -
I agree to a certain extent, but I think the players fail to execute in those big moments as well. Especially the dline. Rousseau is a good player, but how many impact plays has he managed against KC in the playoffs? Ed Oliver? It isn't just coaching. The players don't meet the moment either. But I do agree on the coaching. That plays a big part. So, the players and their talent need to bridge that gap, because we are never going to have better coaches than them. They are the best. The PLAYERS need to find a way, just like the Eagles did with their superior talent. The Eagles defense didn't do anything crazy schematically. They rushed four and let their super talented defensive line get pressure.

He likes to troll me and says I have an "agenda" to attack the the team. It's just weird at this point. -
With 3 FA signing on D, 6 draft picks, eventually Sean is going to have to do more with more. If the season in 25-26 ends the same way, I dont wont to hear about injuries or the usual excuse, well theyre young guys, takes time, etc. Ive heard it before, its tired and old. You cant keep milking that excuse bull. Young guys, dont want to hear it, how many young guys did Spags play the season after 13 seconds? Injuries, every team has injuries.

I have not checked the stats myself, but I have seen this multiple times and saw some prominent sports media people discuss this before, so I think it is accurate. Here are some stats that I know are true that certainly support these numbers as well: In the Bills 4 playoff losses to KC: KC averages 36 PPG against the Bills in the playoffs making 9 total tops over 4 games pretty plausible. KC went on to lose the very next game 3 times in the postseason. Those 3 seasons, KC scored 35 PPG against Bills just to average 17 PPG in their very next game, all losses. KC did not score over 30 in any game the entire season and postseason except against the Bills with 32. KC was down 34-0 in the 3rd quarter, so certainly suggests 9 straight stops in the SB. So yeah, I am going to go with almost certainly true, or at the very worst, very close to accurate. But hey...lets not get distracted by facts, stats, and logic, I mean who cares about that stuff right...boring. Lets get back on track and get back to sensationalism and beating that dead horse yelling about WR's some more 😂
