Darrick vs Damar…who makes the team?
BillsFanForever19 replied to Billsfed1's topic in The Stadium Wall
I don't think he's the same guy as Hardy, like at all. He was taken 7 picks after Hancock, 4 picks after Hawes. Hardy is a diminutive 5'9" Nickel, who was Drafted primarily to be a Return Man and failed to impress to a point that they traded a pick for Codrington to take his roster spot. If not for the return ability in College (that didn't show up in the Pre-Season), Hardy was probably a UDFA. Strong is a 6'1" Outside CB with Zone coverage skills drafted as a CB. He's a much better Outside CB than Hardy was a Nickel. Expected to go as high as Round 4 and fell more for being a Zone guy than anything else. And while both were taken in Round 6, they were effectively taken almost a Round and a half apart. Dorian Strong was taken with the 1st Pick in Round 6 (Pick 177). Daequan Hardy was taken with the 43rd Pick in Round 6 (compensatory and second to last in the Round, Pick 219). -
Yep, he 100% tapped out on the 2024 season when he decided the toe sprain was going to be too much for him to play with in 2024 and possibly all the way until recently. I didn't say he "quit". That's where you've lied again. Just like you probably lied about knowing he was a standout in camp last year. Saying he just quit implies that no compelling reason was given as to why he couldn't continue. He offered a compelling reason. But he still tapped out. The question is if anyone in the NFL believes anything he says and if any of it is even worth answering his phone call after what he's BEEN. A non-factor for the last 3 years. You think teams should believe in him and give him a 4th chance or whatever he's on. You also believed him when he said he had a good camp......which wasn't true. I guess we could debate the definition of gullible next.

Notable Nexflix / Amazon / Premium Channel Series & Movies
transplantbillsfan replied to Heitz's topic in Off the Wall
To be fair, a lot of this is also the fact that both the wife and I are into the show. My wife has the attention span of a gnat so when it comes to movies or TV series if they don't hook her right away, she's out. -

Are Fan Expectations Too High for Keon Coleman?
C.Biscuit97 replied to JohnNord's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hated the pick (wanted Ladd and got more mad). So I have no expectations and hopefully he made some positive gains in the offseason. -
How do people live in this world as adults? We going to act like Mahomes won’t be really really good throwing to Diggs (Allen has had most f his career), Shakir, Davis, a 1st round TE, Cook, and a top 5 o line? You know KC had terrible defenses when Mahomes first started and he lost a game 54-51 right? doing hypotheticals accomplishes nothing. Mahomes was also amazing in college but had one of the worst defenses in the NCAA. Maybe the guy who goes to the SB every year, no matter who surrounds him, is really really good and one of the greatest qbs ever.

I kind of miss the gray facemask.

He’s jacked, which again terrible for qbs.

Tell me how many games we get a healthy Bosa for and it will make this exercise a lot easier. For entertainment purposes only, I am going to assume all of the guys on this list are healthy for at least 15 games. Bosa: 9 sacks Rousseau: 11 sacks Jackson: 5 sacks Epenesa: 4 sacks Solomon: 3 sacks Total: 32 sacks I see you didn't include the rest of the D-line in this question. But I fully expect Oliver to bounce back and get to 8 or so. I also think the new guys can pick up any slack if Bosa goes down early and often. I think we break 40 as a team and possibly get to 45+ as long as we have health on our side overall.

Much respect to Miyagi but Belichick knows more ball than you. Bills fans hating on Gilmore for not smiling was one of the dumbest things in the history of the franchise. He’s a future HOF but wasn’t good enough for us!!? and damar became a mascot but also proved he’s a nfl player. He’s a solid backup who knows the system.
