  1. Past hour
  2. This should be the case, but the Bills' effort can wax and wane from week to week. They will need to bring it for the rest of the season. That is on the coaches to keep them focused. They can't control injuries or other variables like officiating and weather, but they can control their own effort level and focus. I mean, I still have no idea WTF happened in Miami.
  3. There’s not a shred of evidence linking Trump to the pedophilic activities of the late New York financier, but Democrats will use whatever they can to make the case. Yet, with the media’s credibility in shambles and the Democrats in total chaos, Trump and his team likely and rightly think they can easily slap down any narrative that comes their way. They should feel confident—Democrats have nothing. Yet, why didn’t Joe Biden, who weaponized the Justice Department against Trump, release the files? He could have. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) was asked that, and his answer was not good: https://townhall.com/tipsheet/mattvespa/2025/11/18/chuck-schumer-was-asked-why-didnt-biden-release-the-epstein-fileshis-answer-was-brutal-n2666581
  4. Though I generally disagree with most of what he says, orlovsky had a really interesting take on bills leadership simply relying on Josh to go out and make something happen instead of giving him the weapons he needs and how it’s not sustainable and will lead to continuing early exits especially as he ages. Would it kill the organization to give him at least a mid tier NFL WR?
  5. What I like about Shavers is effort. The guy is always working. Coleman not so much. I really wanted to give the man the benefit of the doubt but I’m kind of done with him. Let’s see what we can salvage on the trade market.
  6. beane is "trying" I'm sure. He will be so "angry" when he loses out to the ravens or another contender no doubt.
  7. And Coleman definitely isn't better than Davis when he is right, and he looked pretty good overall. Plus Josh trusts him and he is great on scramble drills with him. Coleman often looks lost in the sauce on those running around aimlessly.
  8. Why are the Jags, who are in a fight for a playoff spot, releasing players?
  9. Depends on what Bills team shows up each week.
  10. I don't want to overreact to one game with Shavers, but I think he looks better outside.
  11. We let's hope that Buffalo views Houston as a good team otherwise they may play down to them. WGR brought up something interesting today. They said Josh seems to play his best when facing another elite QB. He plays great against Lamar, Mahomes, and so on, but has clunkers against QBs like Tua, Rattler, penix (spelling). Idk, maybe there's something to this.
  12. You can do it! Start looking for the positives and bright spots (Max, Bishop, our O line, James Cook, our return game improving, Joe Brady changing it up, not sweating every field goal attempt this year...oh and some guy named Josh Allen) rather than dwelling on every little thing that isn't perfect and expecting doom. When you zoom out and look at the top teams, our problems don't look nearly as bad in comparison. This isn't the NBA, there aren't runaway favorites in this league. And even that rare team that does come along and dominate all year might have the whole thing ruined by Eli Manning. Get in the tournament and we have just as good as shot as anyone else.
  13. I think McD taking over the playcalling HAS worked. When I was advocating for him to do it, even before the Falcons game where it became obvious he had to it, the two things I said I thought it would fix were third down and the confusion pre-snap. While Tampa had a good day on 3rd down on Sunday overall the 3rd down D since McD took over is singificantly improved (was about 20% points better before Sunday). And the pre-snap miscommunications have been better the past game or two after being an issue all season (including the first couple of McDemott games). He isn't going to magically fix the rest of it. I think the talent on D gives it a pretty clear ceiling. Someone said it elswhere they are kind of between two stools.... older guys who are dropping off and young rookie / 2nd year guys who haven't established themselves yet. The prime age/experience guys on this D are basically the three they resigned this year - Groot, Bernard and Benford - and Oliver who is done for the year. I was pretty clear at the time I wasn't necessarily in favour of extending Bernard. And I was on the fence with Groot. The positives on defense from this year are Walker, Bishop and Hairston. Three talented young guys who have really shown some promise.
  14. The majority of democrats will think the files are fake if trump isn't guilty. This isn't about morality, its about bringing down Trump. That's all the democrats are now a days.
  15. My question is what does Coleman give you that Shavers doesn't at this point? They are essentially the same player with almost exactly the same measurables(Shavers is a little faster) but Shavers can create separation and get open and can get deep.
  16. Took my son to his first game at Highmark last year. Want to get to one more with him before they close the stadium out. Thank you in advance!
  17. Dude has speed tho...runs a 4.33
  18. Back to the thread subject. The Cost of Speaking Truth in Women's Sports By Brad Essex When Alexa Anderson and Reese Eckard stepped off the podium at Oregon's girls' state track championship in May, they weren't staging a tantrum. They were taking a stand. Third and fourth place in the high jump after years of grueling practice, the two Tigard High School seniors refused to share the moment with a transgender athlete who had cleared the bar for fifth. In that quiet act of dissent, they exposed the raw fault lines in the push to redefine fairness in women's sports. Anderson, now a freshman at the University of South Alabama, earned her bronze medal the hard way. Four seasons of early mornings, sore muscles, and quiet determination led her to that podium. Yet officials, after forcing the protesters out of the championship photo, promised to ship the medals to the school. They didn't. Not for months. Only after Anderson and Eckard sued the Oregon School Activities Association, alleging a First Amendment violation, did the medals arrive, quietly forwarded to their lawyers at the America First Policy Institute. U.S. District Judge Youlee Yim You's recent denial of the OSAA's motion to dismiss underscores the case's merit. The association had argued against claims of selective censorship, pointing to allowed displays of Black Lives Matter slogans and pride flags at events. Anderson has seen it firsthand: Shirts, pins, and banners celebrating those causes drew no ire during her high school career. Step off a podium to question biological advantages in a girls' event, though, and suddenly free expression becomes a problem. This isn't about one medal or one meet. It's about the slow erosion of Title IX's promise, that bedrock law meant to level the playing field for women. Transgender inclusion policies may sound compassionate on paper, but they collide with reality on the track. Female athletes, already outmuscled by biology, now face competitors who retain male-developed advantages in strength and speed. Anderson's protest wasn't malicious, but for voicing it, she paid dearly: death threats that read like "I hope you die," demands for her expulsion, even barbs claiming her parents must be ashamed. https://redstate.com/brad-essex/2025/11/18/the-essex-files-the-cost-of-speaking-truth-in-womens-sports-n2196266
  19. I think they keep him around if for nothing else to see what they have in him . 1 game isn't enough to make a determination on his future and if anything else I would give the guy a pass on the fumble because he hasn't had much time on the field as of late and has to get re acclimated to playing again .
  20. You guys been spending to much time in the WR Choo Choo If Coleman was a CB this wouldn't even qualify as a thread.
  21. Starting Thursday night Bills opponents will begin a run of games against a team playing for their season. They will need to match the Bills playoff like intensity.
  22. Lol It’s a message board not a journalism class. Sounds like you have nothing factual to add. We’ll leave it at that.
  23. iit's not about Ares, although a guy who worked as an inpatient psychiatrist before concentrating on art is pretty unusual and interesting. It's about freedom of speech and risk of persecution. It may be that Cuba is worse on this issue than America. It may be the opposite. I saw a small sample of activists who didn't seem fearful. But it's clear that under trump, freedom of speech is under attack. Why would any American support that?
  24. I'm sorry. Once you start using derogatory pet names for grown men you lose ALL credibility as far as I'm concerned. It comes across petty, bias, immature, and unintelligent. So this is where I bid you a fond day and Go Bills.
  25. I doubt Schwartz would come if McDermott was the head coach tho. Like Wade, if you hire Schwartz as the DC, stay out of my room.
  26. I haven't read through all the replies but I would have Coleman active and be WR6 as Shakir's slot only backup, at least outside of the redzone. Davis Palmer Shakir Shavers Hardman Coleman as my active WR choices when all are healthy. Even Kaiir Elam had 3 full years here and he was much worse than Coleman, granted without the disciplinary issues. I am probably in the minority on this but Hardman, Shakir and Samuel are on the injury list and Palmer is just coming back and Gabe is on the PS. We will need Coleman in some capacity this year I believe.
