Elijah Moore Visiting the Bills today (Update: Signed!)

We were an extra 1-2 1st downs away from putting that game away. Having absolutely no pressure generated from our outside WRs took away a huge segment of the offense. It narrows the field you have to guard completely, but also the depth of the field. I think having some respectable outside threats or speed completely finishes opening up the offense. Amazing what we were able to do without real X & Z guys. The square footage a defense has to truly respect will double if we stay healthy and/or get some better play outside.... and when you do that to a defense it's gunna pop the top for guys like Shakir/Kincaid. -
Was told I couldn’t watch Laugh-In when it premiered, guess it was racy. When I did, I didn’t see it as that. I mean Goldie Hawn in a bikini with flowers painted on her? She paled in comparison to Ginger or Jeannie’s attributes. Anyways, Ruth Buzzi hitting people with a purse went over big. It was a different time. RIP

I'm glad I wrote what I did the way I did. I figured some might catch on to what I was getting at and that I would be able to avoid the whole agreement that started on the radio.

They talked about this on WGR this morning and one caller recommended a Zubaz theme. I realized this is a rivalry thing, but can you imagine the Zubaz Bills against the Bumblebee Steelers? There would be a national pitchfork mob rebellion.

Going hard on defense was what they needed to do. They would have at least one Super Bowl already if they had a defense that could make critical stops. I can’t wait to see this defense go to work because sitting on the edge of my seat hoping that the other team doesn’t convert on 3rd and 17 gets old.

Any chance we carry six WRs and bring back Coop?

The Bills also claimed Cine last season when cut and then he was taken from us by the Eagles. One thing I should have put in the OP is that Special Teams participation will be a factor in those last cuts. Last season Ingram 66.59%, and Lewis (56.75%) were 3rd and 4th respectively in special teams snaps. Andressen was 5th with 55.16. Of the new comers Jackson played 27% for the Bills in 2023 but only 4% for Car last season. Forrest played 53% of Washington's special teams snaps last season. -
He has the traits, and that is more than what previous picks had like Basham, Lawson, and Epenesa. He not only has the size and length, he also has elite explosiveness and good technique. He has the length and power of Rousseau, but much better athleticism and explosiveness. Yeah, I would be disappointed if he doesn't work out because he has all the tools and technique to do it. That was my biggest problem with Jerry Hughes and why I advocated moving on from him years before we actually did. I was sick of hearing how great he was at pressuring and yet never finishing.
