  1. Past hour
  2. Was it in the spring? I'm thinking maybe it was a squonk dressed up for Easter.
  3. Yeah, I'm not ready to join everyone dancing on KC's supposed grave. I love to see them lose and it'd be great if they were sub par this season but I've seen this stuff too many times. Remember when NE lost season openers and the football world would shout "the dynasty is over!" only for them to gradually improve as the season went on. The good thing is they have a very tough opening schedule so I'll be interested to see how they do in the next few weeks. I'd love to see them get beat up and find themselves in a deep hole, then see the whole season implode on them but I just don't believe it will happen. As Mahomes once famously said "I'll see it when I believe it".
  4. Some? Who? I looked back several pages and there is one comment in the last 2+ months. That comment is: After watching Big Pharma's behavior during Covid I think there's a good chance vaccines ARE contributing to autism. Roundy-level post.
  5. For a while I’ve been thinking we’d lose because Baltimore is very good and revenge factor. But I think we will win. Ravens are usually slow to start the season It’s in Buffalo and the last home opener in the Ralph (Rich!) history- huge advantage. People are probably steady partying there. Jackson will make plays but turn it over at key times. Josh won’t make mistakes. Bossa will be big for us. He will want to prove his worth. The Ravens on paper are better but something about them is always off. They also lost their kicker who was great. The NFL decides when they want a team to win. Don’t be surprised when some funny calls go our wsy at key times. There will be lots of shots of Josh”s movie star wife. He is America’s golden boy right now. It’s going our way. I’ll go 24-21.
  6. Every season the Chiefs have losses like this and everyone starts writing their epitaph. Then they persevere. Never count them out. We could get crushed in our house Sunday night and we’ll bounce back like the Chiefs will. That said- I don’t think they’ll benefit from the calls anymore so there is that. The free ride is over. They’ll have to win without that edge.
  7. Who cares? We have our own issues at cb.
  8. Today
  9. You spelled Netanyahu incorrectly
  10. Fair enough........that is a good benefit.
  11. Nah, would rather the players have that underdog mentality tbh
  12. Good to see the Chiefs lose. But not just lose, bickering among themselves too.
  13. Ask yourself what he would do different if it was a known fact?
  14. Never a single attack on a white mass shooter. Such a made up issue. The same boogeymen that your parents were an afraid of scare you. it’s a formula as old as time.
  15. I mean if it’s anything like Twitter I’ll guess the conversation is no my MVP who hasn’t beat Mahomes is better. That’s all I ever see on there. The ones who ms better is the one who wins a damn Super Bowl because nothing else matters. Their both great Quarterbacks
  16. So - In other words, you’re saying Lamar has choked and hence his reputation.
  17. Hoping you dullards lose 1-3 grandchildren to diseases we already defeated thru scientific research and medicine. I’ve never seen a more gullible and sycophantic group of ignoramuses eschew their own self interest in the name of white supremacy. You’ll get what you asked for in the form of your loved ones dying.
  18. It mens Josh has played his absolute best and it wasn't enough. While Lamar has played his absolute worse and we haven't seen his best..
  19. I agree to some extent. Letting Justin Reid go was a big negative for their secondary and it showed tonight. But Spags’ defense usually gets better as the season progress so we’ll see if that’s true this year. I wouldn’t be surprised if they lose next week to Philly. Yeah for sure. If that defense doesn’t get better as the season goes on they’re not going deep in the playoffs this year.
  20. I don’t think they can afford to or actually do treat it that way at all…the 1 seed was such a massive advantage for them I don’t think they would’ve made the Super Bowl without it last year..getting to rest a week then face the injury riddled Texans while the ravens and bills beat eachother up was huge. this years roster seems to have a lot of the same problems if not more
  21. There's teams that the regular is now their pre-season. KC is one of them.
  22. I mean all three of those guys were exclusively coached by mcd while in Buffalo haha I’m not sure what the point even is there. Tre he developed from the start of his career and he turned poyer who was a bum in Cleveland into a great player. Micah Hyde was obviously good already but he’s the only one mcd didn’t have a big hand in developing he did bring in taron johnson and Christian benford in the beane era too who are cornerstone type players in the secondary. Seems like they made Rapp into a serviceable player also which I never even woulda thought possible 😂 Elam was a first round miss but they got some return for him and late first round misses are pretty common. Chiefs drafted Anudike-uzomah in 2023 who is pretty equal to the Elam pick id say
  23. No disrespect but what your response was to what I said really doesn’t make sense.
  24. Defense is a big red flag for me after that game….they would not have won a shootout against Baltimore or Buffalo or cincy tonight with worthy and rice back 100% healthy and unsuspended. That’s frankly probably a blowout against a top tier opponent even with those guys. Really we don’t even know what rice will look like when he’s back…sometimes it takes guys a year or so just to trust their knee again Chris jones regressing from otherworldly to really good is gonna expose a lot of guys on that defense it’s seeming like. He’s been absolutely carrying that dline and masking some secondary issues
  25. Those guys aren't gonna fix the defense which was the bigger problem tonight. Spags was blitzing like crazy because 4 man pressures weren't getting any kind of push. The back 7 was losing 1v1 matchups at every level of the field. LA's WR corps on the whole is below average and Herbert still managed over 300 yards and 3 TDs - a stat line he hasn't pulled off since 2023. A series of poor draft picks and some of their cornerstone defensive players aging out has left them seriously undermanned on that side of the ball.
  26. Hard to be dynamic with their wr1 suspended and wr2 knocked out on the 3rd play of the game. They’ll be a different team when those guys are back. The last time they lost a season opener they won the Super Bowl. Let’s slow down here.
