Their drafting late 00s early 10s was good and that is when he built the core of the team that won the 3 Superbowls vs Seattle, Atlanta and LA. The drafting fell off in about 2013/2014... which does suggest the league had passed him by a bit. I think the rule changes really started to accentuate the physical talent over the football smarts again and Bill didn't really keep up with that. He still wanted to draft guys who work hard, understand their assignment and do their job and then coach them to within an inch of their lives.

Also you need to find a lawyer to take a case like this on contingency (I am assuming) and it won’t be worth it to the lawyer unless the defendant has assets. So the “timing” is likely that. Civil suits are not cheap, no one is going to pursue one against someone with no money, most of the time.

For Medicare, you are correct. The middlemen esp in the pharmacy programs are ripping everyone off. The hospitals are charging ridiculous prices but Medicare won't pay those. They have set reimbursement levels. There are many shady medical equipment companies (wheelchairs, scooters, infusions etc). There are many people on disability that shouldn't be - usually the poor. And there are some shyster docs and midlevels but they're a small part of the problem and they usually get caught. I know of 2 in prison right now, acquiatances, not friends. Some of the equipment companies are part of organized crime.
