  1. Past hour
  2. I remember beanes veiled shot at the rams and how they mortgaged their future. Seems to be working pretty dang good. Meanwhile, Beane has surrounded the best QB of our time with a group of WRs that have less talent than most college WR rooms, an OC who couldn’t scheme open a 7/11 and salary cap troubles that will last for years. “The process” seems to be sputtering
  3. Got to assume that VDM will be at LT and Lundt at RT? I am wary of Grable being out all year and then suddenly starting, we lost both Hardman and Hoecht to IR injuries after inactivity and our injury luck is woeful this year. VDM-Edwards-McGovern-Torrence-Lundt as the starting 5 with Anderson as the 6th OL and VPG as the backup C plus you would need a 3rd OL backup?
  4. Or, they are really tiny people and ate on a Lego table. #perspective All are welcome, all are loved.
  5. They've forgotten all about God He's the only reason we exist Yet you were the one that they said was so weird All those years ago You said it all though not many had ears All those years ago You had control of our smiles and our tears All those years ago
  6. IMO there are coaching types and Brady may be more of the scheming kind of coach and less the intuitive adapt during a game kind. Getting the plays in late, injured or winded offensive players staying on the field when they should be subbed, needing to have that cushion from the action of calling from the booth, and effective adjustments usually happen after a decent break in the action at the half all seem to point to that kind of game processor. Those guys look like geniuses when their game plan works and look lost if they are not. Just means the HC has to know their strength and surround them with the right people to mitigate the in-game adjustment gaps.
  7. I thought it was Rocky Mountain High.
  8. @RyanC883just to clarify, you don’t think there’s any luck involved in winning a Super Bowl?
  9. It’s ok guys Keon will be back
  10. It sucks, but the backups have to step up on the O line. We’re OK at LB and WR. And if Palmer and Kincaid can play that will help. Brady needs to call a good game and he and Josh have to be quicker at in game adjustment
  11. everyone was saying how they would be down for a long time because of the lack of picks. All they did was win a SB, make great picks, and come back. Meanwhile, Bean hordes picks in a bad draft (2026). a testament to our genius GM and defensive minded HC.
  12. The league will go to 18 games and continue to push the envelope as long as we keep watching and they keep making more money. What they SHOULD do will never happen, and this will continue to be a game of attrition every season.
  13. is this real? If so it's rediculous and why we miss out on guys like Pickens. If our "culture" and "process" are so great, it should be able to handle a Pickens. Or is McD just full of it/himself.
  14. Praying this is true, lfg kromer
  15. This has been less a result of our pass rush and more a result of opponents adjusting and consistently getting the ball out fast. I have little confidence we can do that on offense.
  16. I don’t know that will be a blowout. Chicago finally is making strides in both offense and defense. I can see this being a competitive game. Philly’s defense is fantastic, but they are not running like they should with Barkley, and I’m sure everyone has heard the grumblings of AJ Brown. I just would like to see a nice game. The last thing I’m doing today is being at a store or mall.
  17. Is Grabel definitely out? They opened up his practice window, but I guess it makes sense that it would likely take a few to get back up to speed.
  18. we've played teams missing their starting tackles and couldn't generate pressure. Perhaps our backups will be up to the task?
  19. It seems the sales now start right around Labor Day. They are determined to give us too much of a good thing with an amazing stretching exhibition, like most other “holidays”. And no, the wife does not rush out to the stores, it mostly happens thru the magic of her iPad and stuff just shows up at the door a few ours later.
  20. I don't know about you all, but once I get a tie tied correctly, that thing is tied for life!
  21. The rash of injuries on this team and around the league in general is making the game less entertaining. Thursday night games, overseas games, flex scheduling, and in 2021 the move to 17 games has made a naturally dangerous game even less safe for players. Money rules everything in the NFL as owners are not ruling out an eventual move to an 18 game season. Should the league rethink its approach to growing the game or should things stay the same? What are your thoughts?
  22. As much as I appreciate the compliment, and I do, I’d rather leave that to a great guy like Daboll. The one person that can override McD’s stubbornness not to take him back is Terry. Hey, enjoy your clack Friday bud. I was going to make a quick mention this Chicago/Philly game may actually be fun. I’ve never gone to a store on Black Friday. Not for me.
  23. Andril Yermak, close political ally and power broker for Zelnsky has resigned amid corruption charges. The timing is interesting given negotations on a peace deal. What it means isn't clear yet.
