  1. Past hour
  2. “Comey didn't literally mean take out Trump.” ——Same people that think 300 peaceful protesters attempted to and almost succeeded in toppling the greatest superpower the world has ever known. Unlike those other candidates - ours was shot at. 2 attempted assassinations. And an actual coup that was led by the *** hole that posted that message. Also, he can’t run again. Not sure what else 86 means. Go F yourselves. Charge him.
  3. Well if we were dumb enough to not get the squib called, we were never going to be smart enough to call the proper D those last 2 plays.
  4. Never. I respect you, Richard, but it doesn't sound like my cup of lemon ginger kombucha.
  5. Food's always been a better safe than sorry thing with me as my immune system sucks. With air fryers you pry get 95% of the quality heating up the pizza than made fresh.
  6. Today
  7. Thunder/Nuggets has been a fun series to watch......fitting it's going to a game 7. Knicks/Celtics should be fun tomorrow.
  8. No Christmas game ✅️ No Thanksgiving game ✅️ No International game ✅️ Byes week 7 & 8 (Carolina) ✅️ Bills opponents .467 % ✅️ 2nd fewest travel miles ✅️ 4 toughest opponents at home ✅️ ....as a fan you gotta love this, AND as players they gotta take advantage of this!
  9. Von got suspended so quickly bc it was announced there'd be no criminal charges almost immediately. The league doesn't suspend until the legal process has completely played out. Save for incredibly heinous acts that will have a player put on the Commissioner's Exempt list until the legal process plays out.
  10. 6.5 yards of YAC per reception just last year? He absolutely has produced YAC on short passes. No, he's no James Cook in pure speed or avoiding tackles, but yes, even injured he ran up YAC. 23 1st downs last year? 29 the year before that? He's run up a bunch of them. I think it's fair to say he hasn't put fear in defenses. Will he in the future? Hard to know. Maybe. Maybe not. "... shown nothing so far that we couldn't get out of a typical Day 2 - 3 pick"? Um, I'd have to totally disagree with that. 10th in the league in receiving yards? As a rookie? That's nothing you get out of a typical Day 2-3 pick, it simply isn't. "Show me that many of his passes were uncatchable," you ask. Fair enough. There's no official stat like this, but I did find someone charting it. https://www.playerprofiler.com/nfl/dalton-kincaid/ They say that in 2024 his catchable target rate -- just what it sounds like -- was 65.3%, only 36th best in the league. You asked, I provided. Is this set in stone as an exact stat direct from God? No, but again, you asked. He took a major step back last year, and it does appear that the injury was responsible for an awful lot of that. But he still has a lot to prove, no question.
  11. Either way, never seen something drag out as long as this with any other team/player. Hell, Von was suspended within a month and he's a future HOFer. The murder of Nicole, arrest and trial of OJ lasted 18-20ish months but nothing even finished in the the civil courts yet for Rice.
  12. Well, he had to have knee surgery in October last year and missed the rest of the season. So if he's skating suspensions, maybe nature is deciding to suspend him for the league.
  13. So from what I heard today on the radio, he's gonna skate again for another season and the longer it goes on, the less he is going to serve in terms of suspension.
  14. Don't forget that Tremaine Edmunds is finally old enough to vote.
  15. 2 minute mark, that is what I hope we can see more of this year. That seam route is the type of throw and catch I thought we would be able to execute with more frequency.
  16. You've NEVER made fun of Kelce's lazy physique as his on-field production diminishes? Try it out. Super fun.
  17. Both Kincaid and Knox will have a huge role to play this season. Kincaid will rebound and there’s absolutely a place for Knox on a championship team. I’m glad we have the depth at that position TBH.
  18. It’ll be special no doubt. The only one in recent memory I think that could possibly stack up to this was the opener the year Terry saved the team.
  19. Can't speak for him, but no, not I really don't think it's particularly warranted. He had an excellent rookie year. He got injured and had a much less good second season. He was a very consistent weapon that first year, so we know he can do it. There should be angst for nearly anyone, to some degree. Kincaid hasn't proven himself yet, so he certainly deserves a certain amount of it. Again, most of the team also. We know he can do it. But we don't know he will do it. Seems pretty likely but yeah, some worry. But worry this early in the off-season that he hasn't put on noticeable amounts of weight so quickly? When recovering from injuries? No, that doesn't seem worth any concern to me. If he still looks slender as camp approaches ... that would be worth some worry, I think. At that point he'll have had about eight months to get the weight on. That's enough time. Three months, without drugs, not so much Can't say I've noticed Kelce's body composition lately. He's simply a guy who performs well, damn it. What he looks like has never much attracted my interest.
  20. Since 2018 (I couldn't go back further with the site I used) Every Super Bowl winner but one has been Top 5 DVOA in the regular season (The only exception was Brady and the Patriots in 2018) 11 of 14 participants in the Super Bowl since 2018 were Top 5 in DVOA Good teams are getting to Super Bowls and Winning Super Bowls Buffalo is the best regular season team since 2020 by any measure, but they aren't winning or getting to Super Bowls. Eventually that starts to stick out at the level we have done it with. Buffalo has more Top 5 DVOA finishes than any team in football since 2020 with 5 and is in a tie for 5 total with KC dating back to 2018 Teams with at least 4 top 5 DVOA finishes who have yet to make a Super Bowl include Baltimore and Buffalo Teams with at least 3 top 5 DVOA finishes who have yet to make a Super Bowl include Baltimore, Buffalo, New Orleans Teams with at least 2 top 5 DVOA finishes who have yet to make a Super Bowl include Baltimore, Buffalo, New Orleans, Green Bay, Dallas We have had prolific success since 2020. Nobody has accomplished what we have as consistently as we have in the regular season. At the same time, nobody has underachieved more in the playoffs. The teams that have also underachieved like Baltimore, New Orleans, Green Bay, and Dallas isn't a good group you want to be associated with. I don't think any of us look at it as unlucky either. Lamar has given games away. LaFleur has put the Packers in horrible positions. Half the board just got done trying to convince me Sean Payton is an all time playoff hack outside of his SB win. Dallas is the most paper soft team in the game. So are we more like those teams or are we more like Kansas City, Philadelphia, San Francisco, LA Rams, etc? It seems like people are so sure we are more like the Super Bowl group. But the longer this goes, the more questions will get asked and the more we look like the ones who just won't get it done. Chart below
  21. Strength of schedule matters big time, but strength of last year's schedule is far less indicative of actual strength of schedule than what we'll know about how hard the schedules were by the time we reach the end of next year's slate.
  22. Don't think anyone could reasonably disagree with this perspective. Only thing is that each NFL season is so variable and who really knows what's beneficial or not until after things play out.
  23. Ya should have made a butter on the counter or fridge thread instead. Vote is a little one sided.
  24. You don't think the general angst surrounding the value expended on acquiring Kincaid, compared to the ROI, is at all warranted? I'm not at all suggesting he's already a bust, but it IS perfectly rational to see the trade up to draft him as largely unrewarded, to date. Kincaid could step up in year 3 and become a reliable weapon for Allen, but it hasn't happened yet. Something that doesn't help his cause with fans: he doesn't look like a guy DEVOTED to maximizing his time in the weight room. I've certainly enjoyed ridiculing Travis Kelce's body composition in recent years.
  25. I absolutely do believe it matters. But it's not something that can ruin a season or anything. It's just an advantage or disadvantage. IMO nearer the end of the season is generally better, allowing a rest nearer the playoffs.
  26. Man, I'm old. I remember when Rich was the NEW stadium!
