Kinda sad I won't ever get to see the place again. I still know some people that work there, there was of course no warning for the employees. You take all the bacteria that resides on the OUTSIDE of the meat - and you grind it all the way through so it is one big slab of disease, and then you want to eat that? It is not against the law, but I wouldn't serve undercooked ground meat in a restaurant either. Besides, it doesn't even taste good (to me I guess). I've never heard of a place that would not cook the meat the way the custoemr wants it (except Peter Lugers, they will not serve a well done steak). This is odd. "The food was good; they always seemed to generate a crowd." The one in Syracuse closed a couple years ago.
