Any list where your coach is bracketed by Carroll and Gannon probably isn't a good thing

I mean at some point, you have to think that he finally has to answer for the mess this team is. How he keeps getting let off the hook is beyond me, especially when it was his defense that was costing us games in the playoffs, not the offense.

It surprises me to see McDermott this high, given his resume. I was never part of the fire McDermott crowd and have been more critical of Beane's drafts picks.

However, McDermott seems to get the most out of secondary talent, but the opposite might be true for the dline.  Looking at both Poona, and Settle performing at a high level elsehwere, makes me think there's a big problem with his scheme.

However, there's no Ben Johnson this year, or Sean Payton.

For anyone wanting him fired, who do we replace him with, and is it a HC/GM package deal?

He’s gonna blame Beane, Brady, and s/c.  Book it.

It all comes down to Pegula. There are actually 2 areas he's gotten off easy on. Sure, his defense letting us down is more of an annual tradition than the Macy's Parade.

But his first year here if reports are correct, and I believe they are, that Pegula wanted Mahomes and placed his trust in McDermott to make the choice. Now, win some lose some, sure, and we did end up with Josh Allen. But if I'm the owner and I keep watching the guy I wanted piledrive us out of the playoffs year after year...at some point I may question if the guy that didn't wanna take that QB actually knows what he's talking about

I believe they are a package deal. If you get rid of one, may as well start fresh.

As far as GMs go, I would do a deep dive of the Rams FO staff. They seem to have the drafting thing down and do well with bringing on impactful FAs. They also find decent UDFAs and know when to let a vet walk (like Rapp).

Head Coaches, I know this will be unpopular, but I still like Bobby Slowik. And I know this is going to be super unpopular...but I give Matt Nagy a look. The guy made the playoffs TWICE with Trubisky as his starting QB. He's went back under Reid. I think he's a guy that could do well in a second try.

this years crop seems to be kingsbury or klint kubiak for the mainstream offensive names.

this articles a pretty good primer on a bunch of young candidates that’ll be in the cycle this and the next couple years -

Just checked it again and McD is almost virtually tied with Carroll...

That seems insane to me...

For where we are at in the standings and previous seasons produced, can’t disagree.

I have no idea how that thing works... Does somebody know something we don't?... :D

Kalshi has wager options on virtually anything you can think of and even offers spread and total betting. Since it’s peer to peer, no state regulations like Fanduel or DraftKings etc.

It’s pretty wild to see how betting has changed over the last 5 years.

His has been severely outmanned compared to the Chiefs who we played the last 2 years and we lost by a field goal and Josh had the ball at the end to Win or tie

Steve spagnola is universally praised here and he had a healthy defense and he only gave up three less points than us lol

Something is missing.. if the Chiefs had better talent on defense and less injuries.. maybe McDermott coached a much better game than spagnola who I've always said is slightly overrated here

We didn't lose by 17.. we lost by a field goal severely outmanned
