While I have never liked him I realize that's a good quality for rebuilding and helping a team get back to the top. However, it further opened my eyes: we need to be in the business of football. remember Rams and Broncos are both controlled by Walmart folks. 1 Quote
TheFunPolice Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Most of Beane's talking points that he went on national media tours to brag about have turned out to be flops. 1 Quote
Einstein Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago "Eff them picks" - Rams GM Beane made a comment about the Rams style a few years ago, noting that he didnt want to sacrifice the future for one year. Odd, because the Rams not only won the Super Bowl but theyre also closer to a 2nd Super Bowl than we are to our first. 1 1 Quote

Seahawks dominated them and only lost because of Darnolds 4 turnovers. They still had a chance to win and made the game winning field goal but called that time out. Then missed it. Game was in LA. Seattle had twice as many yards. More than twice as many first downs almost twice the time of possession. Quote
Lost Posted 36 minutes ago Posted 36 minutes ago Good news is if Stafford can be playing this well at age 37, there is hope that in a Beaneless era Josh can too. If Brady doesn't get him killed before then. Quote

I've said that if the Bills are stuck in no man's land for a few years between legit SB contender and mediocre, is Josh Allen content to be on a team that he knows is never going to be good enough to win a championship? I don't know if this FO would ever trade him or if Josh would ever decide he wants to be traded, but at some point Josh is going to have to make that decision. Agree with your post but may not be Josh's decision alone. Know he's got a wife too who I'm sure would push for LA where she can further her career than here in Buffalo. BigBilly11 Posted 24 minutes ago Posted 24 minutes ago Nate Scheelhaase (passing game coordinator) will be an interesting name down the road. Quote
billsfan714 Posted 11 minutes ago Posted 11 minutes ago I was just looking at their drafts, yes he's traded a lot of firsts. 2 1s for Goff, 2 1s for Stafford, 2 1s for Jalen Ramsey. But boy he is a fan of having a lot of picks despite the 1s hes traded. 2024 10 picks, 2023 14 picks, 2022 8 picks, 2021 9 picks. If you look at the games played by these picks, its a lot. Probably why they are in a good cap situation. A lot of guys on cheap rookie contracts. The trade he made with Atlanta, moving out of the first, got him a 2nd and a 7th last year, and the 2026 first round pick, he moved up how many spots. Currently the 26th pick in the first round of the 25 draft he turned in the 11th pick in 26 draft and he got picks in return, not giving up picks. Quote
