People are allowed to have different opinions. If you want to believe this is still the year and have hope...by all means do it. If people have a differing opinion it's their right to do that just as it's your right to hold your outlook.

It’s crazy, especially with the NFL MVP at QB, that I would be equally non-shocked if we destroyed them, played them close, or got destroyed by them.

 

Let’s just hope Willie Parker isn’t active.

It's a fine line between whining in the sense of indulging oneself in thoughtless complaints and pointing out legitimate problems and even predicting unpleasant outcomes. I hope you don't belong to that contingent of posters who simply do not tolerate anything but sunny posts. I'd rather read any number of complaints bordering on "whining" than the kind of Pollyanna, "Bills right or wrong" smarmy shlock you see here, especially in the offseason, that equates criticism with disloyalty and typically challenges the posters' credentials, as in "Are you a GM? Have you studies hours of film?"

 

No, I never mind even harsh criticism. It usually reflects caring too much and having too much faith, not too little of either.

It's just that I have no control over the decisions of the team, so all my anger does is raise my blood pressure. We all want something very badly, but we completely depend on a bunch of men we don't even know to get it done. It's beyond frustrating, and we all react to that in different ways.

Please.  Stop insulting the fans.  That is the issue.  The issues the team has experienced this season were issues known and discussed by the fanbase all offseason (and last offseason).  We are not idiots.  And when Beane went on the air in August and basically goaded the fanbase by saying he's smarter than we are, because he found the "Right Josh" and basically said, stop questioning me, he brought this on himself.  Buffalo Bills fans can put up with a lot, and they're wiling to reach into their pockets and spend a higher percentage of their disposable income on the product than most fanbases, so long as they're not insulted by the organization.  Brandon Beane committed the cardinal sin - insulting the fans' intelligence - and he did so at a time when the issues facing the team were obvious to most of us and when they were asking us to dig into our pockets to buy PSLs for the new (largely taxpayer-funded) stadium.  (And not for nothing, Sabres fans have been insulted by Pegula for like a decade.)

It's beyond infuriating. Maybe because I hold opinions about NYC that made Simon mad it gave me time to realize I don't have 1 damn thing to say about this team over the last week. 

There can't be anymore said for where this team is that we haven't known about since 2021. 

This past off-season was the cherry on top of ***** that left the biggest insult.

In a season where the #1 seed was the expectation, I think the response from fans is more than warranted.  Not only is the 1 seed out of the question with 6 games left, it seems like we are trending in the overall wrong direction with coaches and a salary cap issue that's only going to make it worse.  

 

For a team that's never won it and a fanbase that's been craving this their entire lives, I can't blame anyone for seeing this opportunity squandered.

Let’s see what team shows up. If it’s the one from Miami, then it is the beginning of the end for the McD and Beane regime. It will take this year and next before the switch is made, but a no show performance in a must win, will confirm for me that McD lost the team.

It's sad that we just think this will happen because we're too stupid to change our offensive mindset to go into play action, to go into quick hitting timing routes, to do something to offset the pinned back ears edge Rush. 

 

The closest will have our two in a row runs for two or three yards, and then a third and four which we have to pass out of and take a sack on.

They will want it more and we aren't good on the road under McDermott. 

 

Ill guess and say on defense they will jam our WR's at the LOS and blitz. Just guessing though...
