Raiders Fire OC Chip Kelly

They have some weapons, but the OC did not take advantage of them.  Kelly is not going to see any more NFL opportunities.  IMO

It's almost as if the NFL just doesn't like him, he's never been real successful only the 1 season with Philly if I'm remembering correctly . It's like some players are really good in college and can't do the same in the NFL he is the same way .

Well, they like him enough to give him chance after chance. 

 

His biggest issue is he did 1 thing well and never really adjusted or adapted to how football evolved. To me, he's the Rex Ryan of the offensive side of the ball.

The lack development and they look like they are kind of quitting on Carroll. I don’t think the Raiders needed to have a good record this year but they needed to show some life and direction under Carroll. If this was a 5-7 win team that showed some life and played hard they would be find.

Brady I was hoping would have added more wrinkles to the offense like using more TE’s but it’s not shown to work. Tackles on an island I can live with because the Bills have an elite pair of tackles but in game against the Texans protections should have shifted. 
 

Brady’s offense needs more diversity and I was hoping against Tampa they cracked that a bit with more shotgun and downfield concepts. Thursday was a horror show for various reasons so I am willing to write it off but going against the Steelers off a mini bye you are going to have both updated protection concepts and refreshed passing concepts
