Be careful. The hive will start swarming when you criticize he who must not be named.

Yup, only the realest know. He's been mid this year except in two-three games

The more time that passes from the Houston game, the worse it gets.

Houston players basically laughing at our Offense and NFL tape breakdown guys on social media all but calling Brady a clown.

Yeah Houston had zero respect for our offense.

They were going Cover 0 with 10 defenders within the sticks at times.

That prolific QB played like crap today. Blame the OC fine. I blame the player.

You take 20 bone crushing hits between the 8 sacks and 12 hits, with no WRs getting separation faster, and let’s see how any QB plays. In rank order I blame Beane, then McD for continuing sticking with Brady, and Brady.  Beane also could’ve made a larger effort to push a trade for a separation WR, vs.making excuses.

We're stuck with what we have this year, but next year he needs to go.

Best we could this year is to bring Daboll in to help, but he probably has no interest.

I wonder if McDermott is reluctant to fire Brady because he is (or has been) a top candidate for a head-coach position. He might think it would be be doubly disloyal to a) fire him; and b) deprive of him a chance to be head coach elsewhere.

If so, he needs to get over it. Any team that would hire such an incompetent deserves him.

I dont think they can fire him at this point uintil the off-season. My hope is maybe they can hire an special asst to the offense or something along those lines. No idea who that person could be but an other brain getting involved in this O is desperately needed.

If he isnt fired this weekend, he isnt getting fired. It should have happened Friday

Unfortunately it's looking like it won't happen.

When Dorsey was fired 2 years ago it was on November 14th, the Tuesday after a week 10 loss on MNF, and with a game coming up in 5 days.

Today is week 12, November 23rd, and the Bills are 7-4 with a game in 7 days.

I agree if it was gonna happen, it already would have happened.

Succession is the other question... if Brady was fired it would fall to either OL Coach Aaron Kromer, TE Coach Rob Boras, or QB Coach Ronald Curry. Kromer and Boras have both been NFL OCs.

I doubt it. First of all I don't think ultimately that he would value the stock of an assistant more than his own stock.

Secondly I think Brady has already fallen far down the list of prospective candidates.

I don't think this factors in... JMO.

McD would argue that Brady has done a good job for the following reasons:

1. The offense ranks amongst the top in the league.

2. The rush offense is the best in the league

3. The team has battled multiple injuries -- Kincaid, Palmer, Shakir, Brown, etc.

4. Turnovers have been a key ingredient in all of the losses. The coaches would argue that is a product of poor execution rather than play calling, etc.

There is some merit to these thoughts. However, there is no denying that Brady has made too many head-scratching play calls and horrific game plans (the most recent Texans game being the most obvious).

All-22 is NOT painting a good picture for Brady, who failed to protect his guys on top of everything else.

I've been saying it's more Brady over the lack of WRs since the Atlanta game.

But then now I'm concerned, is someone on the team, the staff is selling the Bills game plan each week?

Firing a 2nd oc would look even worse for McDermott. Firing the OC after record setting offensive production & efficiency says something about the self scouting process by McDermott. You obviously should've anticipated an adjustment to your strengths and obviously didn't prepare.... No matter how you look at it, it's a reflection of McDermott. This is his philosophy
