That's real nice from McDermott. Pat his side of the ball on the back for "great adjustments" while throwing his personally picked OC under the bus. You can practically see him crafting his offseason pitch to Terry Pegula in real time.

Wow, what a scathing quote. So he is essentially admitting that the offensive coaching is bad, but it’s uncharacteristic (it isn’t).

I have a feeling if this were week 4 instead of week 12 Brady would be given his walking papers. What a mess.

To be fair the defense was really good in the second half

And Joe Brady keeps calling mesh concepts on third down all the time to the point defensive players are running the route

Like Brady needs to open up his playbook.. or Josh needs to just start checking out of his plays occasionally

Realistically Dawkins getting a false start on 4th and 1 is something that's inexcusable for a four-time pro bowler... Like and I don't even think we would have had a good play drawn up

But in that situation to me all you do is quarterback power left.. you literally pull a lineman and get Josh going .. but we didn't even have the chance

McDermott thrilled about giving up 23 points to a Davis Mills led team lol

I think people are reading into that quote the wrong way

I think McDermott is saying he didn't become bad magically this week...

He is a good coach who is struggling.. I think that's what McDermott was getting at not that he's always been bad

If he believe that he should fire him

I would love to see Allen in LA under McVay. He deserves a great head coach to make the most of his talents. And a defense to back him up. Make him a Ram.

If Stafford retires within the next couple years and the Bills are in no man's land stuck between legit super bowl contender and mediocre, I could see the Rams making a serious run at trying to get him. I would be absolutely sick seeing him leave and it would be bittersweet seeing him succeed and win a ring with another team, but he deserves it and my doubts are continuing to grow that a Lombardi is a possibility for this organization under the current regime.

Maybe Brady doesn't have a playbook to open up. I think that what we see is all they got.

Exactly what he did w Dorsey. Uncanny

Maybe it's not such a mystery why we can't get any offensive talent on staff

Good stuff from Brady. Throw some blame at Allen for the hits he took and deny that there was any problem with the process on the failed Cook run on 4th and 1.

😂😂everybody in CYA mode

Love to see it frankly

Pressure busts pipes

Meanwhile guess who steadily takes responsibility

12 plays?

Shakir motion inside screen, Johnson motion outside screen, wr motion opposite way of run dive, wr motion to side of run off tackle. Shotgun motion Hawes and run behind him, mesh, mesh with motion, orbit mesh, something with a comeback route.

What am I missing?

Do you guys remember when McDermott lost the Denver Monday night game two years ago because Micky D iced the kicker when he missed the field goal then made it on the second shot?  How he fired Doresy right after the game ended despite the bye week coming up in two weeks?

Hey, I guess there wasn't an issue with the defense even though they just gave up a game winning drive to that abysmal Russel Wilson offense!  Oh wait, the Chiefs had 361 yards and averaged 7.5 yards per play in the divisional round.

The problem with this is the game is 4 quarters, you need to play good the whole game. How many times have the bills scored 31 in the first half and 7 in the second half? Did the bills take their foot off the gas and try to burn clock? Or did the other team make adjustments and shut the bills down? I can hear the other coach now, "I know we got our asses kicked but the D played great in the second half". Horse *****.

It's the McDermott way. He has conditioned us

We will examine w a fine tooth comb every Allen throw looking for what he could have done better

The defense? Hey, you played great for half a game, take a bow!

Allen's cap hit is $37m, the salary cap is $279M

I'll save you the math, that does not equal 20%

Okay. You're on record as saying that Josh doesn't have any responsibility to get his teammates prepared.

Got it.

I need you to share the stats on this D and SP teams units to explain your position. You saying it doesn’t make it accurate.

You said "Funny the D stats show that the Bills are a bottom 10 D."

I said that's not true and in fact it's not true.

You stated the erroneous facts... now prove em.
