IMO, these internet "reports" should not be used as a reliable source of information. They are designed purely to get clicks.

Except it is the primary plausible reason for today’s benching

Well, that was fun with Hardman. For the half second it lasted.

It was also nice of Samuel to have 2 catches before he got hurt...again.

I agree but he did land full body weight on the point of his bent elbow on that sideline catch. Of course it was his own fault for bobbling the ball in the first place instead of just catching it.

I am an avid Bills fan and live in houston and gone to all the games, not sure what you are referring to except the ONE bizarre kickoff ruling in the playoffs.

But that one kickoff TD would have put us up 20-0. Now I am pissed again. Show NO mercy Josh Allen.

Latu and Gabe elevated, Coleman not dressing -per Joe Marino

Also Hardman to IR. Was fun while it lasted.

I suspect that Gabe Davis will be slid into the open roster spot sometime this week

I agree with that, but he is likely to be signed anyways because he only has 1 call up left.

I'm pretty sure that practice squad guys are still FA, and have the choice to say "Yes" or "Nope, I'm good" to a waiver claim.  It's just that the difference between a practice squad game check and  a vet minimum game check is significant enough that most guys want to be signed to a 53 man roster, either where they are now, or where they're offered.

TL;DR Bills can always have a gentleman's agreement with Gabe that if someone offers him, he'll give them the chance to match it.

yes. Another team can’t just snag a player from a practice squad. The player can say no.

That's very clear.  The question is whether, once the player is past his 3 free elevations, he is subject to waivers and MUST go to a new team if offered.

The only suck part about winning today is it helps both the Chiefs and the Ravens in their playoff hunts.

Texans play the Chiefs in a couple of weeks.  That will go a lot farther as to who makes the playoffs than this game.

Ravens play the Steelers and Bengals both 2 more times.

Those games will decide the division.
