Allen told Beane this was the WR he wanted during the draft process so it’s a lot of people 1 Quote

Kelly to Allen Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago This was before the Tampa game obviously. I thought this tweet was spot on Quote

He does not strike me as lazy or indifferent. I don’t think an indifferent player would be a contested-catch guy or catch that TD vs. Balt. I don't think he came into the season indifferent, but he's had some struggles since the Baltimore game and has NOT been living up to the "contested catch" billing. If he has issues with ADHD, he needs to work with the team's sports psychologist and get set up with cognitive behavioral therapy or whatever he needs to learn coping skills. 3 Quote

It's PR, baby! Allen is not making player personnel decisions. He may be texting Beane game clips "look at that catch!" or some such, probably about multiple players. Beane was facing scrutiny for taking on $30M dead cap to NOT have Diggs on the team, and taking some heat for trading down rather than up in a WR-rich class to draft this guy Keon who had minimal experience as a WR, and for not doubling down at WR. So after drafting Keon, it's the Bills PR team job to present him to the fans in a favorable light. Make him seem like a likeable dude buying winter coats off season at Macy's. Make him seem like a player our star QB really wanted to see on our team. Etc Etc. 1 1 1 1 Quote

Elam lasted a few years, never heard anything about his attitude or work ethic, and was playable at times. Keon … wow I'll nominate Boogie Basham. The Bills had an opportunity to trade down & took Boogie instead. He lasted 2 years, never started a game playing in 23 games & then was traded for virtually nothing. In fact, his stats say he has never started a game in his NFL career. 1 Quote

Easy choice to put Moore for Samuel, and elevate Gabe and Latu again. Then theyll need to make a decision on Gabe after that, perhaps Hardman cut at that point. Keon needs to take advantage of every practice rep, meetings, etc to prove he deserves a jersey on gamedays - not only to coaches but players as well who can clearly notice the issues. I think you're exactly right on this. Quote
BillsfaninSB Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago I guess Keon has no interest in getting that fat 2nd contract. Would not be surprised if he is out of the league in a couple of years. Quote

Let the record show that, even though he's still in the league, he did NOT go on my list of "players the Bills drafted, no longer on the team, who are remotely any good". Creed Humphrey was drafted 2 slots later. 1 Quote

Billsatlastin2018 Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Coleman needs to demonstrate that he’s ready to play, before he ever is allowed to actually play. This means, stop ***** up immediately! Quote
