With Kincaid out, I would like to see more of Alec Anderson going forward like we did last year. And that includes with Jackson Hawes. I would embrace going heavy personnel and hope that Palmer and or Davis can be a factor on the outside.

No thanks.  This offense is already 1 dimensional, Brady needs to find more ways to get playaction/WRs time to get downfield into intermediate areas or get more diverse with the route cominations.

And Gabe Davis is the answer lol.  No... not even sure he is fully healthy yet.

We are so desperate for anything right now, but  more Alec Anderson or more Gabe Davis is not it.  Beane made this mess and its going to take until next offseason to fix.

May as well double down at this point.

I'm afraid I have to agree. Seems such a waste of Josh's talent, but at least for this year we are not becoming an effective downfield passing team.

Unless, now hear me out....., we are saving it for the last game at Rich Stadium against the Jets.

The extra lineman is effective when the Bills have a lead and you need to gain yards on the ground and eat up clock.

I like what the Rams do with the 13 personnel.  I'd use Knox, Hawes and Coleman (or Davis) as the TEs.  I think defenses would have a hard time defending that.

I feel that Gabe can give the offense more than some others like Samuel or quite possibly Coleman if his effort is what they are saying it is .

Lol yup.  We'll already be eliminated from the playoffs but we'll drop 60 on the Jets and look like superstars.  Keon will go 13 catches for 200 yards and 3 TDs.

Based on what, when is the last time weve seen Gabe?

He had a significant knee injury and isnt fully healthy yet.

Is it sad, that I’m thinking, “let’s give Hardman a shot.” He kind of sucks but runs a 4.33 and is a decent returner. Maybe let him be the return guy and take a deep shot or 2. He at least adds a different element.

It's what the team is built for.

However, instead of Anderson, I would like to see Reggie Gilliam used more in that spot. He can take snaps as a TE3. He can also motion out and see snaps at FB. He could be a sneaky asset in short yardage situations.

Im more excited about Hardman as a PR.  Shakir is awful that at role for us.. and no reason to risk him.

But sure, Hardman brings more speed than we have...worth a shot to see if it works.

As others have said I have to reluctantly agree.  Maybe (hopefully) Palmer and or Davis can at least inject some fear of the downfield strike on play action.  But yea, this is what they worked on all pre-season so they might as well double down.

Of course we would be looking at a lot of games like last nights Eagles/Packers barn burner.  Assuming that the Bills defense can play as well as those two teams D's do.  That's a big and probably unrealistic assumption.  Well maybe the weather will cooperate and render passing the football at Highmark and in NE impossible?

Last time I saw him he was still in a Bills uni . And him not being in full health is the reason why after he practiced they shut him down because of swelling in his knee but if he can get back to full health I believe he can be better than some on the squad now but when that might be we don't know !!

I think Palmer being healthy and playing is as good a result as we have right now. We'll still use the same formations, but we need to be able to win some outside to take the pressure off the middle of the field.

As a side note, I keep hearing people quote the 40 times of our receivers. That is not the problem to me, we need a guy who has some speed-yes, but also is strong and powerful enough to get off man and win. Think Brian Thomas not Curtis Samuel.
