You ever been around dudes from the Marine Corps lol and they carry literal guns I refuse to believe he crossed the line into full S.A./r-word because hes alive. Not kidding when I say I think a man doing that would be literally killed in a lockeroom... I dont care how much they've mellowed out over the years Quote

I dont care how much they've mellowed out over the years I was in the Corps from 97 to 04, and the policy during those years was don't ask, don't tell. That being said, when your deployed or during a lot of training exercises it gets very intimate. You better be comfortable with open showers and open *hitters. That being said, it's totally different than the Chrsitian Wilkins situation. Dude is a known violator on National TV. God only knows how far he's willing to push the envelope behind closed doors. I'm sure at this point players know, and his bizarre release from the Raiders speaks volumes. Quote
frostbitmic Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago I think Josh's bride would prefer being the only one to be grabbing Josh's junk. 1 Quote

astb41 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago This team is about CULTURE over CHAMPIONSHIP hoping that turns into a championship. If they weren't, we'd have a completely different roster. Between this and the "trade for this guy" discussions it's like some of you don't even pay attention to the team. They've told us what kind of team that want in the building over and over and over again and y'all don't listen. Quote
BVBILLS Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago I hated Marchand until he was traded to my Florida Panthers and helped them win a cup. Just sayin Quote
H2o Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Last thing we need is him in the locker room dancing around and getting his Diddler on. Quote

Some grab ass? Sexual passes at players maybe? Nobody is going to be a classic victim here lol meaning 52 to 1 beat down if the situation called for it. Id be more worried hiring him for a Job at CVS, seriously. I dunno what were talking about in an NFL lockeroom, they can police themselves Especially in the league thats employed some of the most heinous scumbags known to man lol the only real concern is: 1. health and what kinda shape hes in & can be in... his mental space i.e. is he hallucinating voices? Is he hungry? Do we have to worry about him snapping and killing people? We dont really know what the deal is 2. Is he smart enough to learn a playbook quick 3. Whats a minimum deal look like for this situation 4. Is he on drugs? Like the real ones? There's 3months here, if dude cant stay outta trouble for 3mos, then hes dumber than even the Antonio Browns of the league. Seems highly unlikely. The type of deal here does not stop you from trading for a WR or other position that isn't on DL First off, whatever we've heard is clearly just what was willing to be corroborated and likely just the tip of the iceberg. And if you think the Raiders didn't give him other chances and he wasn't aware he was on thin ice already (which would be the situation he'd be in here) before he continued to be an idiot and they decided it was better to eat 48 million dollars just to get him out of the building - I've got a bridge to sell you. And the issues with Wilkins don't just end with the things he would do on the field and in the locker room that made everyone uncomfortable. He also outright refused to follow what was asked of him by the team in injury rehabilitation and did whatever he wanted. The bottom line is there are 31 other teams in the league. Most of them would either kill to add his kind of talent or outright need DT's bc of injury. And not a single one has so much as brought him in for a visit. This really says all that needs to be said. You make it sound as if every player who's career is on the line like his is always smart enough to realize that and change their ways. That's not true. There's been a number of players that were just flat out as dumb as you say he can't be and floundered their 2nd and 3rd chances. Mental Illness and/or Drug Addiction will do that. And likely with Wilkins, there's at least one, if not both at play with his erratic behavior. And ultimately, my stance was that the "no risk!" point OP made is categorically incorrect. We aren't in a situation at DT where we can take chances. A no risk signing is one where if we have to walk away from them, we're still in good shape bc we weren't relying on them. That's not the case with us at DT. We need someone we can rely on. Bc if it doesn't work out with Wilkins, the trade deadline has passed and we're back to square one. That's a huge risk in and of itself in the position we're in right now. Edited 6 hours ago by BillsFanForever19 Quote

It's a case where "the process" has been in place for 8 to 9 years and in its current form some believe it might not be capable of producing the objective to reach and win the SB. So some adjustments to the process and culture might be a good idea. I'm not saying to stretch it to the point of Wilkins because he sounds like a nut job. Edited 6 hours ago by All_Pro_Bills Quote
