Milano has missed 39 games since the start of 2023 and Tre had missed 31. The Bills front office is foolhardy with these repeated decisions Quote

However, at this time I just feel a push to give my opinion on a controversial subject – who plays on the D, and can it develop into a championship unit. I feel that we potentially have a very strong defense. If all goes well (a major hope on my part) I believe that we could have a defense, coupled with a strong offense, to carry us a long way in the playoffs. This is what I’d like to see within, more or less, the following 3 or 4 weeks. Defensive ends Starters …Joey Bosa – Greg Rousseau; Backups...A. J. Epenesa – Michael Hoecht Defensive tackles Starters…Ed Oliver – Deone Walker; Backups...DaQuan Jones – Larry Ogunjobi Linebackers Starters...Terrel Bernard –Matt Milano; Backups...Dorian Wiiliams – Shaq Thompson Slot Starter…Tyron Johnson – Backup - Cam Lewis Corners Starters…Maxwell Hairston – Christian Benford…Backups...Tre White - Cam Lewis Safeties Starters…Cole Bishop – Jordan Hancock… Backups...Jordan Poyer – Taylor Rapp Is this not basically our entire starting lineup now? Am I missing something? Your solution to fixing the defense is playing Hairston back from injury and playing Hancock/Walker? Quote

Dorian Williams sucks DaQuan Jones is being considered for IR. Our front four may be very good with Ogunjobi and Hoecht coming in....But the back five are in TATTERS !!! Quote

Green Lightning Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Regardless of who plays at CB, if they start a play in the same zipcode as the receivers they cover, we just may get off the field now and again. 1 Quote

dayman Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I do feel like it’s been a disaster in large part due to the cascading nature of mistakes/bad play. If some areas can get healthy and in a glow it can help others click in. That’s the nature. We’re probably not a very good defense but the historical terribleness so far is definitely due to an avalanche effect that can be mitigated if even one area can turn it around. I think at least our DLine can get it together, which will help our lbs and safety’s in the run game. God knows if they can get a pass rush also even our secondary could stand to benefit. Quote

Thompson is our best potential as the Mic. Ogunjobi and Hoycht are a last ditch effort to give some life to the line, and Mad Max has to find a way in the field soon, hopefully by the Chiefs. He’ll make mistakes, but has rare speed to make up for his misses. Im still praying we add an Olave type to the WRs to make it easier for JA to hit downfield. It’s worth it. The last thing is JA has to find quicker options to get rid of the ball faster as he’s taking too many hits as he doesn’t have anyone open. Edited 6 hours ago by machine gun kelly 1 Quote
