This. We are not beating the Chiefs. Lose tomorrow and we are 4-4 and the Division hopes are pretty much gone. Hoping for the Browns to do something miraculous but not counting on it. Who would have thought that this Panthers game would be this massive.

Ohhhhhhh, this is why the collective board is talking up Gabriel.  Dude is not good.  This just in - the Browns will sputter to another ugly loss.

Actually agree with that. Team glue guys are fundamental to a team. Not saying there isn’t one on it right now but if there is it’s certainly hard to distinguish who…

Mack Hollins had a choice to stay.  They offered him a contract.  He left.

14 points should win it for the Patriots.

This is not a true “must win”, but there’s only so many games that you’re supposed to win that you can lose and still be in contention so we really gotta have this one.  Watch us lose this one and then beat the Chiefs. Would be a fairly Billsy couple of games!  Go Bills.

Pats gave him $3.5 mil guaranteed, including 1.5MM up front to sign. $4.1MM cap hit in 2025 - Bills paid him $2.6 in 2024.

I've been avoiding the last two weeks' screams of dismay and rage on this board. A mental health break.

I do have to say I'm happy to see the entire NFL world jumping onto the Chiefs and Patriots and Colts bandwagons and dropping the Bills into 16th place. The Bills may or may not get it turned around, but I like it better when they are discounted rather than over-rated.

I expect them to come out and play with a purpose. If they get some breaks on the injury front, and if Beane comes through with a savvy player acquisition at the deadline--or even if he doesn't--I expect them to show better the rest of the season.

Boy I really hope so, the only thing more depressing than this forum right now is finheaven, after reading the takes on here the season seems lost. And the depressing part is a lot of the takes seem well thought out and could very well prove to be true.

Why would reading Finheaven be depressing?

Yes, but what’s your point? Do you know what the Bills offer for this year was? Beane seemed genuinely surprised by Hollins decision to take the Pats offer.  I don’t think you can just assume he was low balled.  The Bills tried to sign him and he chose to leave.  That is all we know.

Hollins chose to leave. He is a journeyman player at this point, with no loyalty to anyone except his bank account. Good for him, but Mack Hollins is dead to me, from a Bills Fandom perspective.

Is it just me, or after a two game losing streak against pretty mediocre teams, and 36 or so hours before a road game, maybe I'd rather he wasn't at the World Series?

For sure. After every loss players should go volunteer at animal shelters and soup kitchen to make up for what they've done to us fans.

Not a bad idea. And if it's a playoff loss, ...........
