1. Get some CB help

2. Get some Safety help

3. Get some LB help

4. Get some WR help.

5. Teach Defensive players how to tackle

6. Teach the team what penalties are and how not to commit them

7. Change the rush Defense

8. Change the 3rd and long pass Defense

9. Rip out the end around play in the playbook and burn it

10. Let Josh call his own damn plays

This team has been flat and out coached for two straight weeks, that's unacceptable. I'm now of the opinion that our coaching and schemes will never bring a Lombardi to WNY.

0-2 in different helmets/uni's ... JUST STOP

This ... how long before Josh tires of all of it and demands a trade to the Rams to replace Stafford ?

He looked like an utterly defeated man last night.  Beyond defeat and right into not caring.  I can't blame him, and i sincerely doubt anything is going to change.

My brother was talking about that last night. He said it looked like the Josh of a few years ago. He would hang his head after things went south. He doesn’t have that fire at the moment.

Fair points. He just feels like the small town guy with small town values still. I’m not sure we would ever even publicly hear him ask for change. We will hear signs though in his interviews. I’m going to listen for criticism. He hinted at it last week with their level of play as of late. He may start to float some of that there while pushing Beane/McDermott/Pegula behind the scenes.

It's obvious we need outside help at this point and Beane needs to step up, damn the salary cap. Figure it out.

And generally as a whole ... if we can see the issues, they can as well and shouldn't need Josh to tell them. I have little faith Pegula will do much of anything

given the Sabres debacle but Beane should be on the phones as we speak.

We have beaten teams that have a combined record of 3-21 - toughest games to come. Fix it.

Olave and Kamara for Coleman, Davis, a 2nd rounder and 5th rounder.  Olave and Kamara would only cost around $1m each for cap purposes and this offense desperately needs a jolt.

They have to do something. Definitely not getting past KC in the playoffs. Now the Bills will have to fight for the AFCE. Thanks Brandon, thanks Sean.

Shakira wouldn't survive on the outside unfortunately. He doesn't have the size to win on a jump ball, he doesn't have the elite speed break away, he does not have overall ability shake and push through with size like diggs.

That's why he was not a first round pick.

You're right. Coleman and crew are so much better. What was I thinking....

we do not have a valid outside threat beyond Palmer who's fragile and not a bonafide #1 target, Samuel who is not either, and Davis who is a good #3.

We need a real #1. we need to acquire one.

Coleman is a #2 inside slot; Shakir and Coleman need to be in the slot.

#1 WR (Olave?) - Kincaid - Coleman (slot) - Shakir (slot)
Allen - Cook

Cook and Allen need to be on the field every play.

I would fire McD now. And fire Beane at season's end. This season is lost anyway. McD ended the drought. But Allen is the reason we have been very good to great throughout the last 5 years. The front office is a joke. The coaches never seem to have the right plan. It's  a tire fire.

So at 4-2, with a bye week and players coming back from suspension and injury, the season is "lost".   I don't like what I'm seeing either, but Francis needs not lighten up a tad.

The “adds” to this team will be the two rotational linemen that will make no difference because the QBs get the ball out to quick and Gave Davis. We have no money. Every year we talk about the trade deadline and it comes and goes with nothing. Make Wholesale changes to the coaching room..that’s our only shot

Mack Hollins was pretty good but they let him walk

Hollins made a lot of big plays at critical moments in games last season. In addition he was a very good ST player.

Cant believe i’m saying this offense genuinely misses Mack Hollins.

He had several big off script plays last season and we miss his blocking on the WR screens.
