Defense couldn’t make stops, Milano is done (no replacement), Tre on Diggs? That’s a move a defensive guru makes? For all the bodies we threw at the defensive end, we have the same old issues.  Is BB making the wisest moves? Two FA suspended.  No WR1? We can’t seem to get the ball deep, last night NE was tough on the run, we knew that and went more to the TE’s.

 

Last night was more about penalties and turnovers but I still see a lot of the same problems that have plagued us year to year.  Where’s the blame lie for that?

I get it.. I think you have to give posters (very much including me LOL) a 24 hour grace window... some of us get really pissed... what the poster is saying i also get... this looks very much like the team we have seen lose in the playoffs... I am not seeing improvement, in fact little things are starting to catch up with us... defense cannot be relied on... However, they are currently the 1 seed... obviously this loss doesnt kiss that good bye... run 4-1 thru 3 5 game segments and you are at 112-14 wins... 14 does it... 13 you have a shot 12.... not so much...  but there are certainly issues to be corrected 1st seed or not...  bottom line is still Josh wears a cape probably gonna win... Josh doesnt good shot to lose.... Josh wore flip flops and a tshirt yesterday... no cape in sight...

I don't know who i would want besides Reid or Vrabel, but for anyone who was ever undecided with the competency of our coaching staff, just ask yourself one question.........in year 9, does this team look like a championship competitor or does it look like the same ole shite being shoved down our throats every year, where nothing is being addressed seriously or adequately?

We have seen the same problems persist for 5-6 years in a row now.  

-  Lack of QB pressure in key moments

-  Poor tackling 

-  Undersized front getting steamrolled by bigger O-Lines

-  Key injuries, also due to undersized players 

-  Cornerbacks playing too soft in coverage”

 

100% ALL THAT!

 

But, Beanie Boy made those choices! He has an equal share of this disastrous D, that can’t pressure, can’t cover and now- can’t tackle!

Speaking for myself, it’s not just an annoying loss. 
 

It’s a bad, bad trend of poor play. It emerged during the Miami game and really showed when we got carved up by Spencer Rattler. 
 

The talent is not there on this team. We have a handful of great players and a lot of mediocre old junk rounding out the roster.

Josh has maybe 3-4 average to bad games a year. He also is the reason they win 4-5 games that otherwise they wouldn't. I am not giving him a pass as much as if he had some actual freaking help he they would have already got the 1 seed by now in a prior season. It is the first game this year I think Brady and the offense in general was behind the opponents defense in terms of gameplan and how the game went and never really dictated things. Part of that was because the moment the Bills took the lead which finally gave the offense the ability to maybe dictate something when they got the ball back the defense then allowed NE a TD and the Bills were back to chasing.

Thank you for supporting the same crap that has resulted in no rings, no 1 seed, and helping to waste Josh entire career. McD lifetime coach forever!

Beane definitely deserves his share of the blame as well. He has hit a grand slam with the Allen pick. He has a great RB as well and built a good OL. But the receivers and defense aren't up to championship caliber, and he needs to answer for that. He should but he won't since Terry likes his GM/HC with the Bills.

All of this has been writing on the wall but if you talk about while winning then you're a troll. There is the possibility that maybe the Bills just aren't that great. We've had a weak schedule and squeaked some wins out due to other teams making mistakes. Thats not sustainable. The defense is what it has been... reliant on turnovers and struggles with their DBs. The offense has and "everyone eats philosophy in place to justify why we don't spend money on a solid #1. We have a GM that calls the radio show beotches for wanting a WR and then goes on a radio tour laughing at WGR and us fans essentially that also feel a WR is a big need. Idk. There's so much more. But it was always there.
