Chicago should’ve taken one of those LTs that went in the first round instead of a TE. Bad GM’ing if their tackle situation is that awful.

Just wondering if you have any real insight about Braxton. jones or Darnell Wright and how they played last year?  All of my Bears fans buds are pumped about both of them.  They said their IOL was the problem last season.  🤷🏻‍♂️ myself.  Didn’t watch much of them last year.

both had pretty good off grades, if that means anything.

Same. Max will start at some point this season, but his frame is ripe for injury concerns.  Im still a big fan of the pick, but we might be a season away from him playing significant snaps (hope im wrong).

Speaking of secondary, Im "hopeful" that Cole does what Bernard did in his 2nd season (injured part of camp, but wins starting spot and has a breakout year).  Quietly Rapp is also an injury concern, but stabilizes 1 safety spot when healthy.  If we have to revert to some combo of Hamlin, Lewis, Hancock, Forrest - we are in big trouble regardless of Cb2.

Have you seen Sauce Gardner?

CBs no need to fret over that.

TB at MLB, sure.  It’s fair to ask how long he can play there.

No, I don’t know much about the Bears, but do see a lot of complaining about their tackle situation. Their HC says LT in particular needs to resolve itself soon.

I remember hearing the name Darnell Wright as a promising prospect so I looked him up: reports are that he’s regressed at RT and the three vying for LT (Braxton Jones, Ozzy Trapilo, and Theo Benedet) have all been underwhelming. Supposedly they were abused by Groot and Bosa today too.

White got beat on a slant that went 40 yards for a TD.

that doesn't sound great.  Its one play in a practice but still seems like a bunch of people have to make mistake to give up a slant that goes to the house.

assuming Bills are playing a lot more man to man this year with QB pressure, White will need to be replaced by Max as soon as he is ready.   Tre was never much of a man to man cover guy.

All the people who hate the soft zone that keeps everything in front of the defense might not like giving up quick 85 yards TD’s with tighter coverages and less room for error. There are tradeoffs involved. I’d like to at least see a little more variety to keep teams wondering, but that will come with a price at times.

Bills NEED the 1 seed this year more than any other. Let the Chiefs and Ravens battle it out in the divisional for the right to meet Buffalo - in Buffalo - for their final game ever at Rich/Ralph Wilson/Highmark stadium.

Except we don’t even know if the 1 seed would avoid both teams.  The season hasn’t played out.  The bills chiefs and ravens aren’t guaranteed the 1-3 seeds

i agree, the one seed is the priority and very important….but we can still get the 1 seed and have to play both KC and Baltimore

I think barring injuries, the Bills, Chiefs, and Ravens will be 1-3 in some order. Of course it’s not guaranteed, but I can’t see some other AFC team (the Texans?) surpassing the top 3. Going off the assumption and hope that all will be relatively healthy, I’d bet real money the 1 seed avoids having to play the other two. Bills are the only one of the three not to have had the 1 seed.

I could definitely see the Texans sliding in.  Their D is going to be legit this season.  OL still needs work but they play in a crap division while Baltimore and KC both have tougher divaiinal games.

Again, I do agree that the #1 seed is important …I see it as more so for the home field advantage
