Isn't Cousins under contract with Atlanta, who has not shown any public eagerness to move him so far? (Maybe I missed something) Quote

Eli probably would have gotten drafted over Carson Palmer and he went back .. certainly top seven Josh Allen was considered in the running for the top overall pick and he came back hurting his stock If there's one family that's never going to rush a quarterback for the pros it's the Manning family.. arch is getting 20 starts Not to mention it’s not like these guys are struggling to get by at this point. Manning has the biggest NIL deal of anybody at this point. Quote

Eli probably would have gotten drafted over Carson Palmer, certainly in the top five.. came back... Josh Allen could have been top five and came back It's all about having a successful NFL career which means he needs more college starts.. their plan was always for him to be on campus at least 4 years or more They definitely are not in a rush to make him jump ship to the NFL.. hes going to get seasoned Peyton stayed his senior year because the Jets had the #1 pick in '97. Eli after '03 was projected to go behind Palmer and Leftwich so he stayed another year. Both did a good job of sugar coating their decision though. Get a degree. Blah, blah, blah. I agree that it's not likely Arch declares for the draft next year but if the Saints have the #1 pick it might be too hard to pass up. The Giants and Colts could be in play too. You never know what team's picking first in 2027. He's actually the betting favorite at +200 to go #1 next year. It'll be an interesting story to follow. That's for sure. But it might be true. One thing to keep in mind is Arch Manning is coming out in 2026. So teams may be bypassing on getting a QB that would win them some games this year in hopes that they can land him next offseason. The Giants signing Winston, then signing Wilson, then Drafting Dart is kind of an odd situation. As was the Browns trading for Kenny Pickett, signing Joe Flacco, and then Drafting both Gabriel and Sanders. Both seem like situations where the QB situation is nowhere and they're just grabbing up everything they can to throw against a wall and see what sticks this year. Manning may come out in 2026. Or not. We don't know. Some other good young players may well be there. Quote
