for story sake I will share that Yes I saw SRV once. It was at red rocks amphitheater and it was as iconic a day of blues artists in one place as you will ever find. I'll look for a link. It was as awesome as experience as it sounds. and unfortunately it was where later on that same tour he passed away in a tragic accident ;-(
