Its nit justvthis gane. This has been going on gor at least 2-3 years. Josh Allen has bailed out this horrible defense and coaching. McDermotts time is up. If it wasn’t for Josh Allens talent McDermott would of been gone a long time ago.

Sean McDermott only could work with what he has.. who the hell on our team is a pro bowler right now on defense? 

 

He's working with fifth round picks injured players everywhere.. we have one top 10 in-house pick on defense

Have to disagree with you. buck stops with the head coach. A Defensive head coach who is a micromanager. Time for a major shake up and salvage the career of out all time great QB

Today's a terrible game and we're still four and two with a loss lol

 

Dude he had a hand in developing Josh Allen .. Josh still shows signs of regression at times ..  and they took the most turnover prone quarterback in the league and help develop into an all pro 

 

That's not just all Josh Allen because if it was coaches wouldn't matter.. Josh still gets rattled.. he's not perfect and he is my favorite player

 

The bills organization help develop him.. the Jets would have ruined him 

 

Look at the Jets year three roster compared to what we gave Allen.. Tom Brady would not have made it work in New York

Like I saud before its nit just about todays game or this season its about the last few seasons. McDermott is proven to be an average HC. Having such an all time great QB doesn’t come along too often and he deserves more. hopefully Pegula makes the right decision here. This is Josh Allens team not McDermotts.

He has more top 10 defenses for turnovers in the beginning of his career than every modern coach besides Bill belichick lol

 

he has 4 top 5 scoring defenses in buffalo 

 

4 top 2 passing touchdowns allowed defense

 

You might not like what he's producing right now but that is nowhere close to what average would be

Beane may be the worse of the 2, but it's a toss up. Hard to tell who has made more mistakes. Lot's of blame to go around.
