BREAKING: I have just confirmed from ICE sources that Jose Ibarra’s brother, 29-year-old Diego Ibarra entered the country twice—Once in eagle pass 4/3/23 —The narrative for that entry is blank, officials believe he left on his own and came back as he was NOT removed. The second entry was El Paso in 4/30/23. On this entry there was a violent event where a border patrol agent was assaulted. He was not prosecuted because he claimed to have epilepsy. He was placed under expedited removal with credible fear--He was turned over to ICE. Records show he was then released on parole. The gentleman that came in with Diego, José Salas Lozoda also from Venezuela was charged for assaulting the agent and is sitting in big springs federal correctional facility as an aggravated felon-16 months for assault, 6 months for illegal entry.
