Bills Open With 4th Best Odds to Win Super Bowl Next Season

Of course they are, Allen and our Offense played the Chiefs defense better than anyone. A healthy Bills defense or 1 more deep threat and it could be a very different result, I say could be because it was easy for Mahomes all game he could play better and has before.

Sounds right.  Despite all the doom and gloom, the Bills have arguably the best "put it all on him" QB in the league and a history of good to elite defenses. Give Allen some more weapons to play with, Brady can implement his system, and keep the defense at around the same level and you've got a contender.

Bills have been annihilated by key injuries the last two seasons.  If they find a way to stay reasonably healthy they are a serious threat.  The Bills did not lose a single game by more then one score last season.

They haven't lost a regular season game by more than 6 points since mid November of 2021 against the Colts at home.  That's by far the longest in the NFL and completely absurd at how good they have been over that long period of time.  Irritating they don't have more to show for it.

I’m not going to hold my breath. Allen is a great QB, but he’s not in the same class as Mahomes. He has the physical tools, but I’m not sold on his urgency to win at all costs. Brady had that. Mahomes has that. Plus, Beane missed the memo that winning free agency usually doesn’t translate to wins.

People can talk all they want about injuries, coaching, depth, etc

If you've been watching the WWNFL the past few years, it basically comes down to this:

If the league wants your team to win, if it boosts ratings, and makes them $$, then your team will win

I've resigned myself to this fact, and it makes the inevitable failures and screw jobs from the league that much easier to handle personally.

I'd have Chiefs #1

Bills and 49ers joint #2

Bengals #3

Everyone else needs lightening in a bottle.

Why not the Ravens right there with us and the Bengals?

I don’t think he’s lacking the urgency at all. I just think he’s not that clutch. He was in the 13 seconds game, but otherwise at the end of the season when we really need him he’s just another classic Buffalo Bill. Amazing regular seasons, some other really nice playoff games, but when it really comes down to it he’s the guy who fumbles away wins in his own endzone, throws one way when Gabe runs the other, short throws an open Shakir, etc. He just doesn’t get it done. Another Jim Kelly. Really good, even great, but never gonna enough to get it done.

Idk, he may get it done. He has all the talent in the world. And maybe I’m putting too much on his shoulders, but a winning QB does more than just throw more touchdowns than the opposition. I understand this may be McD’s job, but where’s the leadership? Where’s the heart? Would an elite QB have allowed his #1 target to pull a disappearing act?

Would love to have Belicheat roaming our sidelines next year.
