Well for starters, how about the opportunity to demonstrate some minimum level of civilized behavior slightly above the practice of rioting and looting?

Why assume they are Poor?

 

people in those videos seemed to be wearing designer clothing and no shortage of expensive cell phones and what not.

 

wasn't down in the low socio-economic south side...

 

Bet if they build a skate park or green space for them it will get peaceful.

 lately they just move to another state/city.  going by domestic migration patterns.

 

and the no snitching, no calling the cops, no cooperating is a sign the area is controlled by criminals.  Not so much the government.
