She graduated Oswego with honors with a double major in Anthropology and History. She was top 10 in her high school class. She's quite the smart human. Maybe not as smart as @Gugnybut close. I would clearly think her employ by some states infrastructure would be a Lock. It really is cool how much they can deduce from what they have to work with.
