Hur tried to find any additional corroborating evidence that put the documents there at that time but could not find any. Biden has a laundry list of defenses to raise doubts about his intent. No prosecutor would press this case. Hur also explains why Trump’s case is different from Biden’s and why Trump’s actions support an indictment.
