It's a toss-up between Band Of Gypsies(Hendrix) or Ready To Die(Biggie) and the Black Album(I guess either Jay Z's or Metallicas would do since in that situation I'd be happy to have any music).

Ahh, but ripples never come back

That is a great album - the turning point for Genesis.

I listened to it a few weeks ago while cruising.

Saw Genesis in Feb. 1977 at the Aud, touring for that album. Fully bearded Collins in his first time out front. It was the first Genesis album following Peter Garbriel's departure.

I don't think I'd want to be on a desert island with any single CD, unless is was to use the reflective mirror side to signal for help from a resuce plane.

Actually, the heavy blues inspiration in LZ's debut album, really does it for

me. LZ 4 was and still is great though.

Dazed and Confused

Babe, I'm gonna leave you

How many more times

But then, for a single track, it's always been a toss up between "Dazed and Confused" or "Kashmir" as top song....

I really prefer the Gabriel stuff, to be honest. As for any of Collins' work I find it hard to divorce the good stuff from the adult contemporary garbage.

As for the one CD, right now I'd still take "London Calling" by a nose.

I was going to say the turning point for the worse. Ahh, still love to crank "Genesis Live" in the CD with some headphones and a good buzz, and listen to "the Knife"
