Mixed feelings on this. But this team and farm system would have to be anyone's dream job right now, NY fans and media not withstanding.

Still work to do for the Yankees, but I LOVE this team. Perfect blend of young blood and veterans with Frazier being the key. He looks like he's having more fun than anyone in baseball right now and it's refreshing to see. No attitudes on this team, and they all genuinely love the game and playing together. Regardless of the outcome this year I'm very proud of this team and what they've accomplished so much sooner than expected. And we still have young stud talent waiting to come up! Exciting time to be a Yankee fan again!

I agree with some of the other posters and think they should bring up Brandon Reilly. This kid was constantly open and caught everything thrown at him in pre-season. And he made some really tough catches. I know it was against lower competition but give the kid a shot. He is no worse than what we're throwing out there on a weekly basis now. I really think this kid will be special. I just don't get it. I know I'm not a coach, or a scout. Nor am I paid to evaluate talent, but I just know what I saw from him in preseason. What do they have to lose? He can't be any worse than the clowns they're playing now.

Why does Eichel not take a shot in the shootout? Is there some rule as to who's on the ice at the end of the OT period?

I'm glad Powell is coming back, however, I think Reilly is a better option that Kaelin Clay. JMO...

With Matthews being out a while I say we should give Reilly a shot. He caught everything thrown at him in preseason. I think this kid will surprise a lot of people if given the opportunity. Edit: Sorry if this is already being discussed. Didn't have time to read through other threads.

Yeah, I'm liking the start to the second half. A little slower paced than the first but it's still very good. Walker is a little hard to figure out though. One minute seems like he's going to be a good guy and the next he's back to his original self. We'll see how it progresses when they get back to the ranch.

I say let them fight until one quits or is knocked out. Then there's no need for judging.

I watched the original last night just to compare because it had been so long. Basically "Chapter 1" of the new one is just the story of the young characters. In the original it went back and forth with them as adults and kids. So Chapter 2 will be the story of them grown up when "IT" comes back.

I saw IT last night. Loved it. Jump scares, creepy scares and some pretty good humor too.

Watched it last night. This season has potential to be awesome. Although Sarah Paulson's character is already driving me nuts. lol..

They killed it. Axl's voice isn't great but then again, it never was. But they played 3 solid hours and still had the energy as if they were playing in the late 80's. Loved the show!

I'm shocked too but lets be honest. No way Sammy was signing next year. Might as well get something for him and he probably wouldn't stay healthy all year anyway, based on his track record. The Darby trade has me a little confused though.

Stevie is NOT coming back. He's retired. I talked this morning to his best friend from high school and asked when I saw the updated pics. Zach told me he's happily retired and enjoying spending time with his kids. He would like to sign a one day contract to officially retire a Bill but that's it. Zach told me Stevie has no intention of playing again but he also said he isn't sure why Stevie's agent changed the pics on his FB page. He's going to ask him tonight. FWIW Zach is a solid source. He's always posting pics with Stevie and got me some autographed items from him.

Broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts and cooked spinach all tie as disgusting to me.

They outlawed them in NY this year. Still saw a bunch going off right before the fireworks last night though.
